I not looking for a laptop that will last me a year and performance degradation that are present or any downgrade of the user experience. I expect a computer that will give me at least 3 years of service and still work without any problems (excluding the damage caused to the user, but assume that I am a responsible person).

  4 GB is kind of low for El Capitan, but you have one of the newer models, (wonderful) Mac which can not be updated if you get stuck here.  Do not ask too much of it.

  Your reading reports that you use some obsolete additions.  Any software that is marked in red in your report see if you can do something.  Update or decide it you really need.
