Use the same graphical display of data from the different cases of event Structure
Hello
I would like one graph to view the input data and modified by one of the two cases of different event structure. So if the event 1 is selected by the user, the data would be entered by the code contained in 1 case and then introduced in a waveform to display chart. If the event case 2 is selected, similar data would enter the 2 cases but then displayed by the same graphic waveform , as in case 1. I don't know if there is a way to do this... it seems that each case of the event would need its own array of waveform, but it becomes quickly heavy regarding the graphical interface for the multiple cases of event.
Advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
Mike
You are allowed to put the business structures in the case of timeout.

The problem is using the same name for the model and packages projects.
DataBindings.cpx is confusing to a mapping between the 2 projects.
Changed the name of the other project model and in the source databindings.cpx file name. It works very well.

Graphic display after ranging from 3.0 to 3.5 error
I just took the Suite Tech 3.5 update and I have a problem with the graphics referenced showing only in particular. Part of the chart in an anchored frame is black or gray. Opening and closing of the file can cause different graphs in the display of the files in this way with the original poster not correctly. They print this way too. Re-import a graph gets it appears correctly, however, there may be a problem the next time the file is opened.
Everyone knows about this problem?
I backed up to the Suite of Tech 3, and the problem persisted.
On the previous machine I had fm file corruption errors caused by eTrust Antivirus. When I got my new material I immediately checked for this problem and it does not see! Happy, happy, happy, joy. I left the anti-virus and worked for a day or two before falling on the graph shows the problem of corruption. The eTrust Antivirus had left my conscience until this morning. Disable the anti-virus away with the poster problem chart. It is there...
eTrust ITM Anitvirus definitely most mucks with FrameMaker and can cause file corruption extention and graph display errors based on your configuration.
Thanks for the advice and help. I think the solution is just simply not use the corporate antivirus and load something else.

How to use Substr and Instr to get data from a file
Hi I have a script
I get a file like this
1.20, ram, sales
I get a file as these data as a column
I want to divide these data into 4 different columns as
1 20 sales of ram
Hello
This query will help you.
Select
SUBSTR (C1, 0, INSTR(C1,',')-1).
SUBSTR (C1, INSTR (C1, ',') + 1, INSTR(C1,',',1,2)-INSTR(C1,',',1,1)-1),
SUBSTR (C1, INSTR(C1,',',1,2) + 1, INSTR(C1,',',1,3)-INSTR(C1,',',1,2)-1).
SUBSTR (C1, INSTR(C1,',',1,3) + 1, INSTR(C1,',',1,4)-INSTR(C1,',',1,3)-1)
SUBSTR (C1, INSTR(C1,',',1,3) + 1)
BeO
Select 1, 20, ram, C1 double sales
)
Remember that a comma is not really safe as field separator

Hello and hope you can help me with my problem!
I write a somewhat complicated program (operating mode no case) who has a subroutine called STSOLVE where his entry is always a string from the main program that contains a formula as "'I' = 'V' / 'R', 'R'" and its goal is to replace all the variables contained in "" to the compatible standard CASE generated automatically variable (teiXX where XX is a unique number) and then use the command solve to assess this formula (say final temporary formula "tei1 = tei2 / ') tei3, tei3"). Before returning, he replaces the temporary variables, generated automatically with the original on the result, so the original formula will be sent back solved in the main program.
My problem:
It returns the result {UNDEF} or simply {} even in expressions that absolutely work if used with the command solve manually, in the main screen of calculators CASES when the CAS.solve command is used either! Even though I know that the entry of this order is correct according to the tutorials I've read in the forums, I can't work properly.
I tried all methods of writing the order and I only managed to get a result when I wrote this:
RPART1: = cas.expr (RPART1);
RESLT: = case. Solve (RPART1, "tei2");
.. .or RPART1 contains, say, the part 'tei1 = tei2/tei3' (NOT AS A STRING!) and "tei2" SHOULD be written as shown here, a chain, entered manually just for test (can be 'tei1' or 'tei3' too for this particular case). However, if I put "tei2" in RPART2 of local variable in the subroutine as a string and then pass this variable to the solve command, say:
RPART1: = cas.expr (RPART1);
RESLT: = case. Solve (RPART1, RPART2); RPART2 contains the string "tei2", "tei1" or "tei3.
Here again, I get a {} as a result!
I tried so already a lot of things that I don't know exactly what mention here, but I hope I described the main situation enough to start detailed and of course, I'll give you any other information you might need to give me more help. I tried to paste the entire subroutine, or even the entire program, but I don't have any windows pc to connect the first HP and copy the program. I am writing from an Android Tablet and I should maybe type the everything here is not very easy, I will of course if you ask.
Perhaps, I should also note that the generated vars tei1, tei2 etc. do not exist as variables in the calculator, but if I copy channels same as the program tries to run in the command CAS.solve and manually write in case screen (not a string of course) then they get solved without problems.
Hope to get help and learn from you and I wish I could found more help about it online, but it seems very difficult and also all the tutorials I found on the cas.solve command in the programs did not work in my case!
Andreas
It works, or is this not the problem?
CAS.solve ("tei1 = tei2/tei3", "tei2");
I get output: {tei1 * tei3} which is correct.

Batchmodel: How to use the different positions of the switch-for EHR?
Hello
I use the Batchmodel OR three EHR. HAD the current number can be read from RunState.TestSockets.MyIndex.
Can the lot this three EHR. What is the way - OR to use different maneuvers (OR-SwitchExec) to each dut?
TestPlan is for example
Configure the DMM
Put
Measure
Turn off the switch.
Switching is of course different for each Instrument.
I really should add an if around each switching (= endless work) or is there an easy way that I'm not currently?
If (RunState.TestSockets.MyIndex == 0)
DUT1 switch
Else if (RunState.TestSockets.MyIndex == 1)
Switch to DUT2
Else if (RunState.TestSockets.MyIndex == 2)
Switch to DUT3
on the other
end
Thanks for the tips
Best regards
OO
I wouldn't use either of the prerequisite or if things... It's too much work and I'm lazy.
I would just use the built in step of switching:
http://zone.NI.com/reference/en-XX/help/370404G-01/NISE/TestStand/
Name your routegroups in Switch Executive to match your shooting numbers.
For example, in the process (s) to connect: box can have the following expression:
"SigGenToUUT" + Str (RunState.TestSocket.MyIndex)
And have a road connecting the signal generator to the UUT named SigGenToUUT0. It would be for USE in socket 0.
Just a thought!

How to use the different style sheets for ChangeAttributeRequest workflow in OAM
Hello
We have a requirement to invoke different change attribute request workflows (change password, change email etc.) of external JSPs.
I want to apply different style sheets for each workflow. In the URL of the workflow if I get style = the style sheet name its not not using this stylesheet. Its still using the same basic (wf_changeattr.xsl) stylesheet. How can I use different style sheets? Pointers on this is appreciated.
Thank you inadvance.
Kind regards
SrikanthHi Srikanth,
Are you using & xsl = stylesheetname or & style = parameter? XSL = must specify a specific xsl file, while & style specifies a complete style (for example & style = style0 for the default style).
Kind regards

I have an event structure in labview 8.2 or when a value is changed, the passage of time begins to count down and a command to open a pane via a connection series. When the countdown reaches zero, I want that he close the shutter. The structure of the event I was committed, but I know that this does not work because the timer is recognized only when there is a change in value. It's a little confusing to describe so I am attaching my VI. As a reminder, basically I want to start a timer when a key is pressed, so its put in an event structure and then I want another event to run when the timer reaches zero. I don't know why my code does not work, I don't know exactly how to fix help is very appreciated.
The attached vi would work for you? He uses the case of timeout your timer elapsed.

help playing through a clip using the different buttons
Hi guys I hope that one of you smart people can help me!
I created my first flash site and have hit a wall, I have four buttons "HOME, ABOUT, PORTFOLIO, CONTACT" and each button plays in the video for different points. " using the function gotoAndStop in Control Panel actions.
"HOME" being the first part of the film and 'CONTACT' being the last section with "SUBJECT & PORTFOLIO" playing the sections inbetween.
But what I try to do is make sure that when I'm in the HOME section and click on 'CONTACT, PORTFOLIO.etc.' I want the music to play throughout and down to the appropriate section and vice-versa if I click on one of the other
Unfortunately, my knowledge of AS3 is limited and can find no help on google...
Thank you Adrien
This is what im doing at the moment:-
header_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, headerClicked);
function headerClicked(event:MouseEvent):void
{
gotoAndPlay ("startUp");
}
about_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, buttonClicked);function buttonClicked(event:MouseEvent):void
{
gotoAndPlay ("about");
}
portfolio_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, buttonClicked2);function buttonClicked2(event:MouseEvent):void
{
gotoAndPlay ("portfolio");
}home_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, buttonClicked3);
function buttonClicked3(event:MouseEvent):void
{
gotoAndPlay ("home");
}contact_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, buttonClicked4);
function buttonClicked4(event:MouseEvent):void
{
gotoAndPlay ("contact");
}I am an example of file that I made a connection. It's a quick bit of design that could likely be refined. What it does, is that it uses an ENTER_FRAME listener/handler with the nextFrame () /prevFrame () functions to manage the direction of the market. He chooses which function to use based on the comparison of the currentFrame destinatiion framework that is defined by any button is selected.

This approach does not use the image labels, so it's a disadvantage (because labels are less likely to change as the numbers of images).

Case of event Structure to manage the value between
I put in place a structure of the event to enter data in a multicolumn listbox. I wanted to use a table, but it was difficult to place symbols in the first column; even using the odd fonts (Webdings, etc.) to get check marks, x, etc... I don't want the user to change some of the columns, so a MCL with a structure of the event to detect user input works well in the test code.
When the user clicks on a cell in the LFA, then I place a transparent control chain on the cell of the same size, so the user, it seems that they enter data. I pre-fill the chain with the existing content of the cell control and site selection at the end of the string. After you enter a string, the control of transparent string is moved outside the LFA, so all the clicks of the mouse in the LFA are always detected. It all works very well.
If the user changes the value and press 'Enter' or click on the button Enter text under the file menu check box, the structure of the "Change value" event triggers then.
If the user keeps the same value and presses 'Enter' then the structure of the 'Touch Up' event where ScanCode = 28 detects the press 'Enter '.
However, if the user wants to keep the same value and presses the button check box on the file menu and then the structure of the event does not detect it. I added a bunch of advanced control of the chain, but if the user moves the mouse away from the control and then the tip appears only for a few moments.
Some of my users are used to click the box to enter the channels, so I'd like to understand how to handle this event.
What can I add to the structure of the event to detect user maintaining the same value by clicking the checkbox?
Thanks for any advice.

P.S. I'm using LV 7.1 because my startup employer cannot justify the money to upgrade right now. Yes, in more modern versions are nodes property to indicate the line & column clicked in a MCL, but I don't have access to it, so I use the position sizes and the row/column of MCL up/left to determine what cell they clicked in.
You could hide the toolbar of the VI during the race, this disables the option click on the button "enter".
Or you can run a small loop to see if the string still has key-focus, I discovered that when you enter the main focus is removed from the control of the chain.

I have the data into two table with the structure of similar column, I want to loop through the data in these two tables
based on some condition and runtime that I want to put the query in loop for example, the example is given, please help me
create table ab (a number, b varchar2 (20));
Insert into ab
Select rownum, rownum. "" sample "
of the double
connect by level < = 10
create table bc (a number, b varchar2 (20));
Insert into BC.
Select rownum + 1, rownum + 1 | "" sample "
of the double
connect by level < = 10
declare
l_statement varchar2 (2000);
Boolean bool;
Start
bool: = true;
If it is true, then
l_statement: =' select * ab ';
on the other
l_statement: =' select * from bc';
end if
I'm in execute immediate l_statement - something like that, but I don't know
loop
dbms_output.put_line (i.a);
end loop;
end;
Something like that, but this isn't a peace of the code work.
Try this and adapt according to your needs:
declare
l_statement varchar2 (2000);
c SYS_REFCURSOR;
l_a number;
l_b varchar2 (20);
Boolean bool;
Start
bool: = true;
If it is true, then
l_statement: = "select a, b, AB;
on the other
l_statement: = "select a, b from bc;
end if;
--
Open c for l_statement;
--
loop
extract the c in l_a, l_b;
When the output c % notfound;
dbms_output.put_line (l_a |') -' || l_b);
end loop;
close c;
end;

Try to use a button to move form data to a different section of the document
Don't know how to form this question, but hoping that you guys (experts) will be able to help me...
I am trying to set up a form that, when you select a button it moves the data as below:
and then will move to the appropriate section as indicated by the button that you press:
Is this possible? Any help you can provide would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Sure. Just use something like this as a MouseUp the button script:
this.getField("Target1").value = this.getField("Source1").valueAsString; this.getField("Target2").value = this.getField("Source2").valueAsString; this.getField("Target3").value = this.getField("Source3").valueAsString;
Of course, you will need to adjust the field names in the code to match those of your file...

Using a substitution variable to extract data from a table
Hello
I work with a simple program that asks the user to enter any information which will focus on a table in the DB.
So far, I read 1 000 ways to accomplish this, and none of them work.
PROMPT ACCEPT var PROMPT 'Enter var' DECLARE ........ BEGIN SELECT &var FROM &table WHERE var=tablevar; ......... END;
Hello!
You have a lot of mistakes in your code.
I did something similarly...SQL> SQL> SQL> set serveroutput on SQL> DECLARE 2 p_no number := &p_no; 3 v_planet starbright.planet%type; 4 BEGIN 5 6 -- INSERT p_no 7 -- INTO starbright; 8 SELECT planet 9 INTO v_planet 10 FROM starbright 11 WHERE planet_num = p_no; 12 13 dbms_output.put_line( 'Result: ' || v_planet ); 14 END; 15 / Enter value for p_no: 367 old 2: p_no number := &p_no; new 2: p_no number := 367; Result: Venus PL/SQL procedure successfully completed. Using the conditional case statement. !
Hello Forum members.
I have a table with order of stores as well as the order dates and other information. I have a requirement to write a request for nominations for the roll of the order according to the below mentioned logic.
Name1 = Initial order date and next order within 7 days of the original order date then its considered R1
Name2 = next activity within 7 seven on the ord_id even of its R1 to date, this is going on as increases in order to ord_no simple or even dates
.
.
Final RN is Count (Rn)
RN %--Count(Rn) / Count Distinct (ord_no) * 100
Sample data output:
ORD_DATE ORD_ID 1_of_x 2_of_x 3_of_x 4_of_x 5_of_x 6_of_x Final RnX RN % 10/07/2013 10095V1 1 0 0 0 0 0 03/08/2013 10095V1 1 0 0 0 0 0 08/08/2013 10095V1 0 1 0 0 0 0 12/08/2013 10095V1 0 0 1 0 0 0 06/09/2013 10095V1 1 0 0 0 0 0 DDL:

I was intending to do something like that, but I don't get the logic for R1... R7
Select ord_no,
ord_date,
ord_id,
prev_dt,
(to_date (ord_date) - to_date (prev_dt)) data_diff,.
case
When prev_dt is null or
(to_date (ord_date) - to_date (prev_dt)) < 7 then
'R1 '.
When (to_date (ord_date) - to_date (prev_dt)) > 7 THEN
"R2".
ON THE OTHER
nULL value
END
FROM (select a.*,
(SELECT MAX (tmp2.ord_date)
OF xx_ord_noms tmp2
WHERE a.ord_id = tmp2.ord_id
AND tmp2.ord_date < a.ord_date) prev_dt
of the xx_ord_noms one).
Could someone give advise me or suggestions on how we can achieve the desired results.
Thanks in advance.
LAG and LEAD are good when you want to look forward or back up a fixed number of lines, but in this case you do not know how far behind, you will need to go.
I have a solution. It calculates the Royal Navy in number, not a position of the column, but you can turn it with instructions BOX if you want to. I did it in two steps:
First of all, I calculated the Royal Navy by comparing the date of the current and previous line. To do this, I have generated a line number using row_number() Analytics:
Select ord_no,
ord_date,
ord_id,
numrow
Rn
of xx_ord_noms
model
partition (ord_no)
dimension (row_number() over (partition by order of ord_no of ord_date) numrow)
measures (ord_date 0 Rn, ord_id)
update rules
(
RN [1] = 1,
RN [ANY] BOX when trunc (ord_date [cv ()]) = - trunc (ord_date [cv () - 1])< 7="" then="" rn[cv()-1]+1="" else="" 1="">
)
ORD_DATE ORD_ID NUMROW RN ORD_NO
---------- -------------------- ---------- ---------- ----------
10091 10 July 2013 00:00:00 10091 1 1
10091 3 August 2013 00:00:00 10091 2 1
10091 August 8, 2013 00:00:00 10091 3 2
10091 12 August 2013 00:00:00 10091 4 3
10091 2013 - Sep - 06 00:00:00 10091 5 1
Then I needed to identify all the lines of each series. I defined firstDt as the date of the first item in the series:
firstDt [1] = ord_date [cv ()]
firstDt [ANY] = CASE when rn [cv ()] = 1 then ord_date [cv ()] to another firstDt [cv () - 1] end
With that, the FinalRn is just a max (rn) Analytics (firstDt score)
I'm not clear on what R % is. Your descriptions are not clear and I think they are incompatible.
Select ord_no, ord_date ord_id
, Rn, finalRn, 100 * finalRn/totCnt PCT1, 100 * totRn/totCnt PCT2
totRn
