• Chat is not available for Gmail for Firefox 14.0.1. Other browsers and low version of Firefox work.

  I installed the version of Firefox 14.0.1. Since then, the cat of Gmail is not popping up. I checked with other internet browsers and the cat works perfectly on Gmail.

  I am able to print to this device I have widower of drivers from Microsoft Update, but I want to be able to scan with it.

  I solved this problem by installing the complete package on a Vista laptop then set up a network folder on the server for the scanned images.  I then unplugged the laptop from the LAN and now I can scan using the front panel of the printer/scanner and images appear on the shared folder of Server 2008.

  Have you checked the settings in settings > general > Sound AND settings > Notifications > Mail? Other sounds work?

  If you are able to check emails from the Web site, and then type the same password in outlook when you are prompted.

• SCCP Protocol not available for all cisco phones?

  All our phones are currently using SCCP and using Call Manager.   My company bought a few 8841 s and 7841 s, but I see only the protocols SIP for them on 10.5.1.10000 - 7 of the call manager.  I'll make an assumbtion here that I would need to add a default value for the device with CSPC as Protocol.  After you download a SCCP file for this model.  These phones do not provide a file to download to the SCCP Protocol.   Any help on how to set up a type of phone SCCP for these models?  Or it wouldn't hurt anything to run on the SIP protocol?

  Tarinam96588818 that's right, education serial numbers are not accepted for upgrades.  You have Photoshop CS3 education license registered under your account.  Not accept Photoshop CS5 as a serial number eligible.

  Do you have another product that you used to purchase the Photoshop CS5 upgrade?  You can find details on how to locate your serial numbers registered to find the serial number of your Adobe product quickly. The eligible product is perhaps under another account?

• gmail login screen is wrong and does not accept my password. URL is just. Help!

  I'm on an iMac, OS 10.9.5, Firefox 37.0.2. When I either (1) click on the link of the site Google gmail or (2) enter the url for gmail, I get a login screen that demand only my username and then allows me by clicking next. In the next screen, asked me my password. When I enter my password, the screen refreshes, but presents the same screen once again with empty fields. This is not the case if I use Safari. Everything looks / acts directly in Safari. I almost never use Safari, please do not start!

  Well, it took some time and a ton of detective, but the problem is solved. You were good cor - el, running the safe mode it does work right. Then I just disabled all extensions and add them one at a time until one of them broke it again. The culprit is looking to disconnect. I even deleted and downloaded again hoping that there is a version mismatch, but no go. GRRRRRRRR. I'm going to their message and let them know what happened.

  If you can, check if you can connect via webmail to determine if your email provider working properly on their end.  If you can log in via webmail, then try to remove your e-mail account, close WinMail and compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) then add your account to e-mail back again.
