  I noticed that you are not able to print PDF or MS Word files. I recommend that you first update Adobe if you have not already.

  • Open Acrobat or Reader.
  • Select help - search for updates. If a new update is available, it installs automatically.
  • Once installed, you can restart a computer.
  • Then try to print the PDF file.

  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

• Desktop icons can be seen on the desktop, folders are not able to be open, content is not visible; File save option does not work!

  Recently, I tried to re - install samsung smarthru mfp program (already installed and working except the scan).

  at the end of the reinstall the Office is empty, desktop wallpaper and all records of icons could not be seen, I wasn't able to use windows Explorer.

  I tried restoring the system, but even after that the message that the restore system was not made completely.

  Now the problems are that (1) folders/icons on the desktop are not displayed on the desktop (I have added Office to taskbar and all office files can be accessed from there.

  (2) the big problem is that folder except option does not work: cannot save Web pages, also the documents/files are not able to be saved after having published a new name.

  (3) new folder names the names of the files are not created.

  I tried norton internet security 2010 full scan, there is no virus.

  I had installed the update of MS Windows Defender KB915597.  After doing a restore to the point of restoration, taken at the time of the update, I am now able to open Windows Explorer.

  I have a problem with a user with access to vFoglight through LDAP authentication. The user was renamed to AD. (name changed)

  After the name change, the user is not able to connect.

  In the audit trail, the user is first OK authenticated, and then in the same second there is a connection FAILURE.

  I tried to remove the user from the vFoglight, wait for a while and then try to connect again.

  I checked on the AD domain controller, and the user is authenticated OK

  I hope you get a solution to your problem, but someone else might have the same problem,.

  I will be the top my solution to the problem that just had.

  We are in a process to rename all connections of users I have AD...

  And once a connection of users has been renamed to AD, the user could not log on.

  With no errors in the journal errror FMS or on our advertising servers.

  New users was created in correct Foglight, but when the user tried to log on, but still had a connection error.

  I found a solution that works for us.

  I found that when I turned on debugging on FMS, I got this error message in the error log:

  Cannot insert duplicate in the "dbo.sec_user_alias" object key The duplicate key value is (Michael dry).

  We run the Foglight database on a Microsoft SQL Server, so I looked in the sec_user_alias of the table,

  and even that I had deleted the former user in Foglight, the login name and the username was still in this table:

  userAlias username isdeleted

  str_xxx Michael dry F

  So I just update the table of user with this name:

  UPDATE sec_user_alias

  SET username = 'Michael dry - old'

  WHERE useralias = "str_xxx."

  and then I could connect with the new login user name,

  but all the settings for this user and config disappeared...

  And as I have not talked with Quest/Dell about this, I don't know if this is allowed to do.

• not able to open ISE GUI post upgrade

  We have Setup EHT on VM.

  We recently did an upgrade. After upgrade, the App has been working fine until recently, we are not able to get the open GUI of ISE.

  It says cannot display the page regardless of the browser that we use.

  Curiously, of ISE background operations are working well.

  On chrome, I get the reason: ERR connection reset.

  on FF even

  on IE it says to restart the modem or the firewall (nothing between the two though).

  I'm not sure how to proceed on this

  someone at - he had similar problem and has a solution please help.

  Output: initialization of the Server Application indicates that for the ISE application server service failed to start / jammed at initialization. I came across this problem before. You can try the following:

  application stop iseapplication start ise

  Wait 15-20 min, then recheck both the GUI and the CLI 2. If the above didn't help not restart ISE servers by running the following command in the CLI:
