  Apple TV is set to the output on the AirPort Express.

  You can control the Volume of airport exit holding the Center button on the remote airport until the menu is displayed at the top, in selecting the speakers tab, scrolling to the airport, then using left/right button that moves the green light and makes the audio output to the optical connector upper or lower the airport.

  However the sound volume bar does not respond when you do exactly the same thing in the Apple TV iOS remote control application.

  Logically, the application should be able to control all the menus/submenus of the Apple TV.

  Apple TV output to a specified volume. The volume is controlled by your TV, speaker bar, amplifier, etc. Siri distance includes an IR remote, which can usually be trained to control the volume of the TV, but the iOS app can only output IR I don't have an airport, but probably it outputs to a volume determined in the same way, and you control the volume either at the level of the amp/speaker, or to the source if you play from iTunes.

  My Turbo Tax CD does not start automatically with the initial insertion in the CD player.  The CD is listed in the Explorer with an Apple on the drive.  The Explorer does not list the file setup.exe on the CD.  However, he lists a few other folders.  I use Vista to try to load the CD.  The CD does very well on my XP computer.  Is there a problem with Vista with the CD that are for MAC and Windows PC?

  TurboTax is a non-Microsoft program and we are not trained in this regard. However I will try my best to help you. Please, follow these tips and see if it works.

  As a work around you perhaps activate the AutoPlay for the CD and check if the auto play works.

  When you turn automatic playback, you can choose what should happen when you insert different types of digital media into your computer. For example, you can choose what digital media player is used to play CDs. When AutoPlay is disabled, you are prompted to choose what you want to do when you insert media files in your computer.

  1. Open AutoPlay by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, on material and audioand then click AutoPlay.
  2. Do one of the following:
     • To turn AutoPlay on, select the Use AutoPlay for all media and devices check box.
     • To turn AutoPlay off, clear the Use AutoPlay for all media and devices check box.
  3. Click Save.

  You can also try to copy all the contents of the CD to the hard drive and try to install and check.

  You can also try to run the file Setup from the command prompt and check what is happening.

  Click Start and type cmd and press enter in the command prompt window type the following command : \setup.exe and press ENTER.

  There must be a simple solution for this, but it's Friday afternoon, and my brain is not cooperating.

  I create a simple terminal through which a user can interact with an instrument. My question is about the only query string control. The button send and the Terminal Table are here for reference.

  

  Here is my desired behavior:

  (a) the user types a command in the field of the query, tape input or return. An event is triggered, and the request is sent to the instrument. The focus remains on the field in the query.

  (b) with any other action the interface user, the user types Enter or return again and again, by triggering an event that sends the request to the instrument every time Enter or return is typed. The focus remains on the field in the query.

  Here's what I have:

  

  This allows for one), but fails to b). The reason is, because the value of the field in the query has not changed, change value event does not fire when the user starts to spam keys enter or return. There is a way around this, as suggested by this post. Here is the solution in a few words:

  

  Instead of looking for the change in the value of the query command, the event fires for each key event to the bottom of the control and resembles a pressure of enter key or return. What attracts the user action, even if the content of the field of the request have not changed. The problem with this approach is that, when this event fires, I need to read the value of the query string order and send it to the instrument, but the value I get via the local Variable query is the old value, probably because the key down event fires before the value of query is saved as changed.   I thought about it.

  (1) control of the string (query) a value of update while typing.

  (2) save the key event down to the control of the chain. If the entry or return was pressed, send the state machine to the State 'send request '.

  

  (3) in the application 'send' State read control channel via the local Variable value.

  

  This is the desired behavior to allow the user repeatedly hit entry or return to regularly send a command, and the user can also type in a new order and send it by pressing enter or return.

  It's probably something simple I'm missing.

  I would like to have control of the screen that displays a scroll-able list of all patches in my Concert.

  Usually, our band adheres to the order of our list, and I can increment/decrement my way through the list.

  But there will always be exceptions for last minute or queries or other changes.

  I would like a list scroll-measurement of the patches with visible in large enough performance mode fonts so that I can find and select in the right order quickly, without going to Edit mode and set my old eyes strain to try to read the list of the patches.

  I found this post looking for an answer to the same question, so I'm probably not much help (it would be really nice to scroll the list of patches with a hardware cursor!).

  I play in a band where the set lists change constantly (or we take queries on the fly), so I just keep all my patches (i.e. song titles) in alphabetical order. A little something (you may already know), is that if you are in 'Edit' mode, type the first letters of the name of the patch to it.

  I suspect it's one of those situations where there no place for developers some weird people would actually over a hundred patches in a concert.

  I am a novice.  I try to use a combobox control to navigate to a different scene in my. Fla.  I was able to use a conditional statement (if) that seems to work but it only allows me to use the 'if' and a 'else if' stated once before giving an error.  I have reviewed all the information on the use of a 'switch', but did not have a chance to understand the coding or make it work.  Here is the code I wrote.  Can someone give me some advice?  Thanks in advance.
