  Looks like you want to change the album cover used for songs/albums in iTunes for Mac. The following Knowledge Base article provides information about how to do it:

  You can add many types of files of still images, including JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and Photoshop. You must convert WAVfiles to another format before you can add artwork to them.

  The latter (with up/down arrows) is the tool to line spacing.  Click and select 2 double-spaced.
