  After the webex session, we just had, I discovered the root cause of the problem reported to an underlying problem on the block device (the logical drive, or a problem on the Board) presented to accommodate the data in question store successfully.

Then he asked me to give him permission to embark on my computer to remove these attempts. My question is... is it the way that microsoft works and is a legitimate call? And should I allow this person access to my computer?

  This issue may have caused due to infection by the virus or system files missing or damaged or because of the corruption of the user profiles. I would like to know some information about this problem so that we can help you further.

  1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  2. do you get any error code or error message while starting?

  3. have you checked if the problem occurs on a different user account?

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

  Method 1:

  Run the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if there is any threat of viruses found.

  Lower back when Windows 8.1 first came out I could load the ISO of the same place that I paid for my copy of windows 8.0 and I have not had any problems with the installation. Now with the only source being the store Windows I'll have nothing but issues. I can't download or if it downloads it will not install. This is a clean install of media BLUE Windows 8.0, there is no parasites, anti-virus or firewall blocks my system. I already ran the first batch of 107 updates from Microsoft, which enabled the store thinking I could download.

  I have two questions:

  (1) is there another source where I might be able to recover the ISO (I lost the first copy in a car accident)?

  (2) if the answer to question 1 is NO, so how can I get when the store let me download my machine or it won't let me install it.

  There are 2 sources of Windows 1) free 8.1 must be downloaded from the store Windows 8.0 and purchase 2) a full commercial copy, digital download or disc. These are the only 2 options that Microsoft has chosen to use for version 8.1 of Windows. At this point, I would suggest you reset your computer to Windows 8.0, uninstall any third party antivirus and security and then also use their removal tool. Make sure that Windows Defender is turned on. Install all available updates. Reset your store, an essay on the download cache. If the problem persists always get back to us with error messages.   I just bought a new laptop HP Pavilion Touch Smart 11-e11Onr with little window 8.1 64.   I was in the store window Thursday and download a game, but on Friday, when I try to load another application, it will not download.  I get an error message "cannot complete your purchase due to the slow internet connect, please try again on another connection.   Problem is that my Comcast Modem works fine and my Internet speed is fast.   I went back to Office Max on this problem and they did a speed test on my end, which proved very much, but when they did speed test on the side of Microsoft, that's where the problem is... their connection to the server is too slow.   The shop window is not available since Friday.  When they get this fix so that I can down load more of the store.   My app store Google on my phone works much better than this!

  Don't be so quick to deny that the problem I got exactly the same problem as with Time Warner, and I had their techs here at least 15 times.   Generally, this problem can result if there is no Internet connection or if your region or your location is not supported. I suggest to try to change the location of the House and then try to download from store Windows and check if the problem persists.

  Similar thing TI also occurs when you are working on other programs on the mac, but not nearly as much.

  Guessing here, but try to disable drag between pages on the tab more than movements in the system preferences > mouse. or a Trackpad. Depending on whether you are using.
