  Original title: lock keyboard

  I managed to block a setting that I don't know how to cancel.  I use the numeric keypad to the right of my keyboard and in some sort I locked so that I can't use it.  I now can't use the numbers along the top of the keyboard either.  When using these keys the character on top is what is typed, not the numbers.  I'm sure I did a combination of keys that made this happen, but I don't know what I did or how to cancel it!  Any help?

  If this happens again, try pressing each modifier key.  Press these, in order, one at a time:

  • Maj
  • CTRL
  • Windows
  • ALT
  • Escape twice

  This is especially true on wireless keyboards where repeated (maintained) key can be pasted on even after you release, you will need to enter a second time to clear the keyboard buffer.  It happens a lot on my Sony Vaio wireless keyboard.

• Password numbers cannot physically be entered, that is to say the keys are blocked on my Bank's website.

  I use Xubuntu 12.4 and since an automatic download of Mozilla 16.01 alone off the six numbers required for my password can physically be entered.

  It's actually a compiled response someone put in place and I would attribute it - but I forgot where I copied it... such is the "internets"...

  At any rate, this describes your situation. It shows where the key is to Office and Windows and how to tell the difference. You don't mention which key you were talking about, so it covers all the basics:

  "1. you just installed Office in a retail box you just bought?  If Yes, go to control panel, programs and features programs and see if there is another copy of Office installed in addition to the suite that you have just installed.  Some pre-installed trial Office 2007 suites may conflict with the product key validation process.  If you see a copy of Office installed, then uninstall it and try to run your new new Office program.  Chances are that your product key now works.
  2. If you use the 25-digit product key that you found on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop or on the back of your desktop, then you are using the wrong key.  This key is the product key for the Windows operating system and NOT for the Office Suite.  The correct product key for the Office suite will be in one of these places:
  a. within the Cabinet Office 2007 (if you purchased Office in a retail store)
  b. inside an e-mail on the site online where you purchased Office
  c outside of the CD, on a sticker
   
  Microsoft has an article in the knowledge base that goes more in depth in the scenario of valid product key.  It is located at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836178 and would be a good place to go if the instructions above do not resolve your problem.

  If you are not familiar with this syntax, here is another equivalent method:

• NETGEAR genius App does not display the numbers of traffic correctly with IOS 10 meter

  Since I've updated my Air Ipad 2 and Iphone 5 IOS 10.0.1, genius app on these 2 devices does not traffic counters numbers - the numbers are blacked out. Both devices have been updated to IOS 10.0.2 and numbers still are not displayed correctly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on devices engineering and numbers are always blocked. I tried an old Ipad 2 which is not updated for IOS 10 and my desktop Windows 10 PC and the traffic engineering counter displays the numbers correctly. I called Netgear support, but they were not aware of this problem and so far do not have a solution. Someone has encountered this problem on their Apple devices? Thank you! Another question - is - it possible through the genius app for what it tell me the amount of use of band bandwidth/data device not only in total for all devices? Thanks again!

  It depends on how you import your photos. You can define a new preference in (screenshot below showing the relevant section arrowed in red) and usually if you use for example 'Windows' a date folder will be created for each import so that the numbers are not duplicated.   It is true that articles go not beyond say 1000 thought I replace all the groups of digits of 0 left padded values. An expression that I would get the right result

  The inner REGEXP_REPLACE adds 3 major 0 ' to all numbers, so that all the numbers are at least 4 digits.

  In Production, you will not want to repeat the expression in the SELECT clause. I just did here to help us see what's going on.

  The numbers are just an artifact of the way in which the message is displayed by the console. They are a binary representation of the data from your channel.

  More precisely, it looks like the view you are using shows a binary representation, in hexadecimal, on the left side and an ASCII representation on the right side.

  for example

  "72" is ASCII hex for the 'r '.
  '73' is ASCII hex for "s".

  and, on the next line

  '69' is ASCII hex for 'i '.

  After generating the chm file, I noticed that some of the numbering sizes police were not the same as the font size of the text. Some of them seemed OK tho. For example, on a single page, it would be like this:

  This is very probably a css problem, check the html code of your lists. My guess is that the 'correct' lists have a class list attached, while the "incorrect" lists are not and use the default settings of the browser for the font family and size of the police.

• vRA: identity device or vSphere SSO when there are multiple vCenters (each with their own SSO) in the environment?

  The installer: We have multiple vCenters each with their own SSO. We must build a minimum install vRA lab 6.1 and used the SSO to the vCenter which is the endpoint lab (and ended up having problems when this vCenter SSO had to be rebuilt and in turn liquid reconstruction vRA). Building on a vRA 6.2 Distributed Lab (based on deployment in the 6.1 reference architecture) to validate our production plan and decided to use the identity.

  Question: For a production buildout there is no reason not to use the device of the identity (scalability, performance, lack of HA)? If you are using vSphere SSO, when there are multiple vCenters one that should be used for SSO of vRA? If that vSphere SSO is never removed (say on the whole things are replaced by a central SSO for all vCenters rather than each on their own, or some issue needs to be rebuilt) is there a clean way to repoint SSO vRA without a reconstruction?

  What I did in this case is to build a fresh cluster SSO using vCenter SSO and pointing vCAC on this one. It becomes my main source of SSO and I slowly vCenters point and other components to it overtime. You usually put vCAC SSO signed certificates and generally I find people vCenter SSO deployment in this way. To remedy this trying to modify an existing SSO vCenters and risk having to reinstall your VC because you missed the CERT, simply create a new. This also alleviates a changing overtime vCenter and spoil the vCAC SSO. The unit of identity cannot be clustered or joining existing areas of SSO. So if you are looking for HA and scale which probably does not cut it.

  Not like in Excel.  3 numbers is not nearly as print oriented like other spreadsheet applications (it is more suited to sharing via the cloud or on a Tablet seems old reports). Numbers is also designed for you to work in stand-alone tables rather than on a large tract of cells in Excel. You can organize your document so the part that you need to print is in a particular table.  Move this table on a separate sheet and print this sheet only.  To move a table, select it and click on the 'bulls eye' top left, command + x to cut, navigate to a new sheet that you have configured, command-v to paste.
