  I use a Macbook Air and have downloaded a demo of 14 elements.  I open the JPEG images to my hard drive in the photobin, go to the guided panorama section, select contributor 'auto' and then click 'create panorama '.  It worked well once, but now whenever I get the error message: "Documents must be registered before they can be merged."  They are saved; I have them open directly from my office and not retouched in some way.  I can't get past this message.  Does anyone have advice?  Thank you.

  The documents are NOT saved in the way the Photomerge script looks. The problem is precisely that you "does not modify them in some way.

  You may have noticed that you get this message with files unedited guidance "portrait."

  The reason is that when shooting in "portrait" mode, the camera does not write the pixels vertically, it added a tag metadata to record the orientation of the camera. This editor browsers way and know how to display pixels. When you open, then "Save" or "Save as", the pixels are written in the right orientation and the orientation tag returns to normal. For example, any vertical jpeg created from a raw file will have been edited and 'saved '.

  I checked that the Photomerge process does not require that you open and save these vertical images in older versions (up to PSE10?).

  So, if you intend to make a panorama with vertical photos, the solution is to open and save before you begin the process.

  If you don't the have not yet made, the shortest path seems to start the process of the organiser (menu Edit > panorama).

  You select your files and use the edit mode 'fast' to change something, for example the sharpness. Who saves your files and open them directly in the photobin; they are already selected (white box around the thumbnail in the photobin). Alternatively, you can "export" files of new files in a new folder. Export can also resize your files that may be needed to avoid a result that is greater than the limit of 30 000 pixels, or a lack of RAM for large panoramas.

  How to know if a vertical photo is really 'saved '? Use the options for information about the files in the Organizer. In the metadata > given the camera, scroll down to the size of the image in pixels, the orientation is slightly less (90 or - 90 what the tag).

  If you make many panoramas in vertical mode, you can use the Organizer to save everything quickly.

  Preference, add a tag for the candidates to the panoramas.

  Then looking (in detail) to the "vertical". This will select all the vertical images, be they only tag or already registered.

  Look at the Panel on the right for the orientation data as described above.

  Of course, if you're used to the way of work of panoramas in older versions, it is a good reason to keep the old version alongside your new.

  What kind of DVD that you use to create a Toshiba Recovery disk? I have tried Verbatim DVD-R and TDK DVD-R and never had a problem with these discs. A friend tried DVD + R and he couldn t create a recovery disk. After he tried DVD-R and everything was fine but I do not know why this happened.
  So please try other discs.

  Also, check the Toshiba page for an update of the firmware of the CD/DVD drive. Maybe it will help you.

• Error when you try to create documents printed in HR 7

  I created a project of WebHelp HR 7 that I try to make a PDF file for, as well. Always, an error appears when you try to generate printed documentation, even if only the PDF or Word option is enabled. 7 HR processes and builds each of the pages, index, images, etc. He arrives at the end on the status bar and an error message that it was unable to generate the PDF file.

  Is it possible to get printed documentation to work properly in RH 7? I get the same error for all WebHelp project that I opened in HR 7. I use Windows XP and Word 2003 on my PC, if that helps. I think, but not too sure, RoboPDF is still on my PC. This could be something to do with it?

  Try to build just for Word and then to create the PDF file from there. There is a known problem that affects some users, but not others. Unknown cause.

• Windows Extractor CS6 guard send me errors when you try to create a destination folder.

  It gives me three error pop ups. The first said I should check my disk space and check the records of destination write privileges. I know this isn't my space because I 847 GB free. I tried running as administrator and save it to program files x 86 program files, my documents, desktop, C drive, but none of them work.

  

  The following error that appears is telling me to try it redownloading. I did and it didn't work.

  

  The latest error messege changes based on the destination, of that I'm trying to put it in.

  

  I am running windows 8.1 on a new HP Envy notebook, there is a x 64 bit OS with a processor Intel I7-4700 MQ. I had no problem running it on my old gateway laptop, he was about 7 years old and he could run very well, but he recently died on me. He had a better operating system, however, Windows 7 and I wonder if having windows 8.1 causes a problem with this installation.

  I would recommend that you take a USB stick on another computer, on another network, download and extract the files.  You're either facing problems of stability with your network connection or your security software interferes with large files uploaded successfully.

  Anyone has an idea why I am unable to generate these profiles? I added the other stand-alone hosts (in other data centers) to test and I am able to generate profiles of those without problem. I tried to take one of the above 3 nodes in the cluster to generate the profile, but I got the same errors as above.

  However, the TNSPING is ok and the lsnrctl status too.

  I have already set the database according to the installation and Configuration guide and don't know what I can do.

  The error log is highlighting the problem

  ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified

  Oracle is installed on the same machine, if so you need to update the tnsnames.ora

  Take a look at the TNS_ADMIN environment variable, it points to \user_projects\config\dbclient

  If it is open tnsnames.ora and check that it contains HFMTNS =...

  Open the tnsnames.ora to the main oracle for example \Oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\tnsnames.ora database and copy the entries in the EMP tnsnames.ora
