  Downloaded the new BBM version and its not working only not on 3 "BOLD"...

  Windows 10 for phones is still in preview, you may encounter problems unfortunately.

  The only recommendation I can make is trying to remove and reinstall BBM or consider restoring your device with Windows 8.1.

• Z10 BBM blackBerry calendar sharing - error

  I just found a problem with the creation and sharing of inputs to a Z10 within a calendar group BBM...

  -I'm in a band that consists of two phones - my Z10 and BB Curve 9360 my wife, allows us to share the group calendar appointments.  She put the first group and therefore his phone is the group administrator.

  -If one of us creates a calendar BBM entry it shows an hour early on my phone.  On his phone, it displays correctly (for example.) 16:00 - 17:00, but on my phone to the appears as 15:00 - 16:00.

• BlackBerry OS update Q10 10.3.1.1565 on Q10: voice calls and video BBM no longer works

  After the update to OS 10.3.1.1565 on the Q10 BB today BBM voice and videoconferencing no longer work.
  The BBM title is white (username BBM not visible) and BBM voice or video buttons do not respond.
  It looks like a bug.

• BBM BBM needs to improve the features BBM for BB users.

  As my username says, I'm a diehard blackberry user.  While everyone has jumped ship to android, I stayed.  I loved my curve and when she started to speak in tongues (ie. type gibberish, open and close programs on its own, flip between screens) rather than switch to nokia because my rogers plan covered I paitiently waiting for the white Q10.  I still love my Q10.  I feel that BlackBerry makes excellent products that are functional and durable.  However, my problem with Blackberry is in the way they treat loyal customers.

  While all my friends got Galaxy phones... I stayed with my Q10.  When the BlackBerry has launched the bbm4all campaign... I urge all my friends to do despite initial glitches... and now I'm frustrated.  Despite being faithful and have a BB, do my part to help local businesses... I get ads and I am unable to use timed messages or retraction of message, I am unable to create a personalized PIN.  I get constant reminders to the BBM rate, but my opinion on BBM worsens when I get a an announcement from the company in the form of an invitation BBM.

  Despite having a BB and be a loyal user of BB from research in the days of movement... Why do I pay every month to access features such as message retraction which, until the OS update, I got for free?

  I am a student, I don't use BB for his safety, I use my phone to take pictures send SMS, BBMing, check the weather and occasional magic: Realms...   For non - usersm BlackBerry BB should do the following:

  • Slightly higher load ^ monthly fee for subscriptions for timed messages/photos
  • Slightly higher monthly fees for subscriptions for retraction of message
  • Require a slightly higher monthly fee for custom pins
  • Slightly higher monthly fees for the removal of ads

  BlackBerry should do the following, as a thank you to those who is loyal as me...

  • Delete subscriptions in the next version of BBM
  • Allow unlimited timed messages and timed free photos
  • Allow the free unlimited message retraction
  • Make pine customized a tax only once
  • Remove ads for free in the next version of BBM

  Due to the ratio of BB users for users non - BB, I think Blackberry skimp on about $24annually * / user BB would be worth when trading for an increase of the customer satisfaction.

  Loyalists slept with Blackberry through everything and I think that the company sometimes forget that without BB users there would not have been a business today.  I think Blackberry users BB treatment does not reflect the dedication that we showed the company and I don't think what is right.  Please like this post if you agree.

  It is impossible to recover a message once it has been deleted from the BBM. An option to use going forward is the function "save the Chat history. In the latest version of BBM for iPhone the abilty to save your chat history in iCloud.

  IV got the bbm to my iphone app and I get no notifications screen for any of my bbm messages. My bbm messages do not appear on my phone unless I opened the application bbm itself.
  Can someone advise me on how I can receive notifications for my bbm msgs please, thank you.

• Feedback on BBM on Android using BBM

  Hi, I have been using BBM for most of the day, I noticed a few glitches, the questions and the somethings that should be in the app that are not, and I hope the Blackberry team take that into consideration and add them in the next versions/patches.

  1. when I get a notification of BBM, for example a text from a friend, when I click on it in the menu of notification, he sends me to the last page I was on BBM and not on the person of the notification.

  2. in the opening of the list of emoticons when the cat, I can not directly drag the list to the left and see all the emoticons, I drag to the first right and then take it straight to the left, it doesn't let me scroll through the list of emoticons in other.

  3. sometimes when I open a conversation with a friend on BBM, the page is empty, even if I have a history with this person from before, I will go back to the chat list, and then return on the same cat, it normally appears without any problem.

  4 - sometimes the seeds of the user interface and menu button icons gets combined with the cat in the background of the App icon.

  5 - settings has sometimes reset after changing them recently.

  For the things I think are missing from the application are:

  1 - the possibility to classify your contacts into different categories such as family, work, friends... Etc.

  2 - the keyboard is displayed as soon as you enter a cat, it should not popup unless I click on the text field.

  3. an option to resize the font, because the font is really small and even emoticons are really small and hard to see.

  4 - an option to disable the key enter the keyboard to send the message that you typed in the text field.

  5. There should be an option in the conversation group to make the photos appear in the field of discussion instead of entering the Group menu, and then choose group photos.

  6 - an option to clear the list of updates instead of hide each person from there.

  So far that it is all feel when using BBM surveys, I'd like the precedent becomes list into consideration, I love BBM and I love to use it to get in touch with friends and family, thank you guys for the job.

  Your application for resizing of fonts is not available in the BlackBerry app version. This is controlled by the global device policy.
