  It seems that this print job that failed got stuck in the printer memory.  The only thing you can do is a hard reset to clear the memory of the printer work.

  To do a hard reset:

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. Pull out the power cord from the printer.
  3. Pull out the power cord from the wall.
  4. Wait 30 seconds.
  5. Plug everything back in and turn on the printer.

  If this does not work, you will need to replace the printer.
