  We bought a new laptop with windows 7... Err may 8, is a Pavilion g7-2269wm.  Our problem is that even with the volumes and the equalizer value max settings there is a very low volume to be heard.  There is a Visual on the volume control bars that shows even the very low volumes that underlie the high volume settings.  Ive searched several routs in the machine to fix it without success, but I'm not a computer scientist.  Any suggestions?

  One thing that can help is the following.  Do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "playback devices".  Left click the device once to highlight default (it is usually 'speakers & headphones') and then click the properties button.  Click the enhancements tab and put a check mark in the box "Loudness equalization.  Click on apply to save the changes and then click OK in all other windows and see if allowed at all.

• Volume too low check on iPad.

  I tried to record that I play on my electronic keyboard. The level of the microphone on my iPad 4 seems to be too low. There is no way to settle either.   Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p027tx and the game its too low. Here is a document on the sounds troubleshooting.

  Please ensure that your edits were made on the laptop. In under his right click Device Manager and update driver. This is another step to try.

  1. right click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your time.
  2. click on playback devices.
  3. click on speakers/headphones.
  4. click on properties.
  5. click on the Advanced tab in the Properties window.
  6. change the default menu Format in the highest quality.
  7. apply properties.
  8. click OK to close the Properties window.
  9. click OK to close the playback devices.

  You create a MIDI region for verse 1 and then copy / paste the entire region?

  Or did you copy all and paste events - either in the same region or in a new area?

  Have you checked the values of velocity in the MIDI region - and they are the same? Use the Piano Roll Editor to check.

  There is an offset of speed for each region setting, perhaps you accidentally set that? You can see this setting in the region Inspector.

• Volume too low microphone in windows 7 64 bit.

  Since I updated to Windows 7 I got the low microphone volume. I tried all the answers mentioned in the sound settings, none of them work. Even reinstalled / updated, drivers still no luck. Its certainly a problem of windows 7 and many have the same problem with no luck. I have a sound card integrated VIA. There must be a way to force windows to stop the volume of the microphones.   K guys, I seem to have solved my problem. Basically, there are 2 things I tried. First if you have a via the sound card built in I suggest you get drivers of v8700a that can be obtained onhttp://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp. When you use this driver, you will also have HD vdeck program that is installed with the drivers. Load and switch to expert mode. There, you will see options mic with options of thrust and a tester option so you can test how load ure mic is.

  Second process, what I did was go into regedit and look for micboost. When you find it change the value from 0 to 1. This sets the boost option on. I did it because I don't have the boost option in the key under recording settings sound settings.

  Make these 2 tasks have seemed to solve my problem with the microphone. The second process may not be needed to be done, but I've suggested it incase it may help others.

  You need not install old Firmware. Simply reset to the factory settings and to set the region at the "rest of the world', then you get a 'volume' option in Control Panel that you can set to high.

  If you have access to four servers in how far they are from you and you have

  Eh, it's really hard to tell what the problem is here. As far as I know there is not much difference in how he works with internal or connected speakers earphones/headphones.
