My iphone 6 more the camera was blurry, 3 months beyond 1 year warranty.

Metrotown Burnaby store kindly fixed the fuzzy issue.

a week later, noise appeared on the screen, screen touch doesn't answer, more scary screens switched by itself, even sent my position at my contact...

put service last Saturday, they said screen and battery contacts is loose and are fixed.

Sunday morning, same problem appeared again. return to the same bank.

(1) the staff told me is because I twisted the phone that caused the problem in the screen.

my option is: buy a phone refurbished for $170.

I have no choice put to buy the phone.

Then, I talked to the store manager.  I told him that he is quite surprised Apple store is not my record of repair one day ago. !

I understand that they open the phone and see what the problem is.

But hide the repair folder yesterday give customers the impression that they do not want to bind any connection yesterday not to repair...

"no trace" in technology these days especially in the Apple store seems is the scariest impression, I got next to all the excellent experience I had with apple.

I went from Android... I love Apple, the interface, the iphone easy to use... the service line in the treatment of my first iphone purchase and renewal of contract carrier... are all impressive experiences...

If you tell me that the repair folder always shows that it is my fault... At least I have no reason to express this concern.

    Follow these steps to make a Windows 7 repair facility .

    It explains how to find the Windows 7 support for your version in step 1 of the clean reinstall Windows 7   If the repair facility does not help then I would follow the steps in the Installer Clean link to get and keep the best possible installation.

  • sfc/scannow "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service".

    With the help of an elevated command prompt I'm unable to start the Sfc/scannow. I checked Services.msc and TrustedInstaller is started. It was suggested that I should check the logs for the System File Checker. However I can only interpret the newspapers and even if I could I do not know how to correct the error that lies in the newspapers. I was wondering if someone would be able to interpret the papers for me and guide me on how to correct errors that may be found in the newspaper that prevent me from running "Sfc/scannow" thanks.

    Since it is win 7 you cannot run DISM, so your only option is to do a repair install of win 7 dvd.

    You are in the process or registration UCS Central? This anomaly looks quite old (2011). It may be the result of a shared secret phrase has changed.

    If you don't use a UCS Central, you can unsubscribe safely it Admin tab is UCSM to eliminate the fault.

  • Very long downtime for the Customer Service

    First two times that I called help, I got a response within 15 minutes. Last two times it was close to 90 minutes. Today, I've been waiting for almost 2 hours! It's ridiculous to a company as well as Adobe. If I didn't open cardboard that was waiting for the answer from Adobe, I hang up again and try again. CS is suffering lately and I am very disappointed.

    I do not appreciate the apparent reduction in the CS of the stateside staff and following outsourcing in India and other foreign sites.

    Throw in the towel - I can't afford to keep it's long. It has been more than 2.5 hours. This kind of wait times is unforgivable.

    Can email me at [email protected] so that we can continue to watch this?  One of our developers found two places in the application where this error message can occur - all two associated with serial numbers.  If we can solve it, I will update this thread with the solution.

  • Palm repair service is TERRIBLE... I DO RECOMMENDED the USE IT if it can be avoided!

    Palm repair service is so terrible, that I wish I would have paid sprint to repair my phone in one of their service centers. I own a treo 800w on the sprint network and had no major problems on the phone nor my service provider.  I then noticed one day, my phone died while it was plugged into the charger even if the red light was on and the phone itself said: he was in charge. come to know this is a common problem with the phone and I thought I'd try everything in my power b4 I took it to be repaired. I done a hard reset and reinstalled the usb and charger for the phone patches, nothing helps. Sprint short long story said I was out of the 90 store warranty and they could fix it, but they would charge me $125 to do. Luckily for me I'm still covered by the manufacturer warranty 1 year palm so I called palm and they said they would have gladly fix the phone. they gave me all the information needed to send my phone.

    I sent my phone out Tuesday, July 21, 2009 using fedex shipping 2nd day. my phone has been received and signed for the Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 09:37 by one

I learned the turn around time is 5-7 business days and I should wait until my phone in my possession at the end of this period. repair self-service site reflects my phone had been received until July 27, 2009 and the status was "under repair" so I call to check the status and why the process takes so long and the first thing you notice when they answer the telephone is the center of calls extremely noisy which makes it very difficult for the representatives to hear you and vice versa.

    without a doubt, it's gotta be the worst experience of absolute customer service that I have ever been a part. I was reading a thread on the quality of the repair service offered by palm which was published by another user, almost 1 year ago and I seem to have the same experiece, palm needs to do some major update to accelerate the repair and return of the phones of customers. I seriously considered switching to blackberry. My sister has one and has had a problem with his phone, she received a replacement phone, prepaid box and labels for shipping in 2 days.     Finally received my refund of palm, luckily for them I changed service providers of phone that I had planned to do so im still with sprint and I found a flight on the treo pro, cost me about total $ 185 and it came with a rigid protection case and Holster so I could not pass that so im bak on the team... I hope that we have no hardware problem out of this 1

    Everything was ok and give again to a friend.
    But the new commissioning, windows was slow, unable to connect wifi, enter in the config panel, do anything actually.

    I tried according to manual, press F8 and power, but who turns just to log on windows.
    I also tried F12 and tried to use the CD of windows 7 without success.
