VIBE PRO - problem with charging z2

Dear Lenovo,

Not sure if this related to the update of LINE S230, but after having received it, my phone stopped charging properly.

There need full 15 hours (!) is now charging at 100%...

I tried different Chargers and different cables, no difference.

I also did a hard reset to today. It did not help

Any recommendations?
Should I try to return to the Kit Kat?

As I said in the message, it looks like that the communication between the modem and sim card has some problems. Then please first check the sim card if the card works on other mobile phones, so I suggest you get in touch with the service center on the HW.

    When I Comeback the Certified service center they tell me I should buy HARD drive because it has burned, after that, during a conversation, told me, what happens in not burned but have bad blocks. During a conversation, they try to sell me HDD and various services with addition of money wihtout problem solution.

    What can I do in this situation?
    Your organization handed them a certificate, but they work very badly and your image in the spoils of the Russia.

  • HP G61 problem with charging the battery.

    Dear Sirs, I have read so many posts but I could not find a solution, so I decide to post one on my own.

    I have a HP G61 and work properly it works. The problem I have is with the battery.

    If I scream at the bottom of the laptop and leave it with the charger on when I start the laptop battery is full 100%

    during the initialization of the light of the current passes, the HARD drive light is normal and sometimes the charge light is on, a few times is off.

    I noticed that a lot of ppl have similar problems, so what I have is that

    With a multimeter, I have seen that the output power of the power brick is very well! Besides that I had three laptops computers HP with the same power supply, so I try this brick to the other laptop seems to work very well with the other laptop. I try another laptop PSU to this one and had the same problems.

    I concentrate so that the problem is in the battery. I download the HP battery checker and scan my bat (was100% charged) and the result was OK!

    so the mystery in this case is that the laptop does not work properly, I try full preformance, no problem at all, just the battery runs faster (make sence)

    While the laptop is running the power cord is plugged and there is no light on the side of the connector but there is light ot the power on the laptop.  As I m working with the laptop, then the charging light lights up and the battery seems to be linked to HQ and charcging.  sometimes says connected but no recharge! When I have the indicator of hip and pricing that could will a few seconds, then disappears and returns to the mode of unloading...

    If I shout down the laptop and let it connect with the brick power then the perception led can be turned off, but after a while turns on and stays on for a long time seems so at the normal charge...

    I know that sounds strange and crazy, but that's what happens...

    That this laptop works properly and I m ok with his performance (to the extent of the rest turned on) I see no reason recycling!

    the only annoying, it's that sometimes can not fresh at all so that it is turned on and of course after a while goes out...

    I tried also a few solutions that I found on the internet about the parameters of power controllers, ACPI etc. which seems to fix the problem with the power of microsoft management. This has had a small solution for a few days and then return to the former status. (I don't know if windows restores some steps on their settings)

    If there is a problem of material at the end of the day on the mobo, I would like to know it there is a chip or controller or any other component that I can replace. (I m engnr electronic so I can replace it) I had a few dead HP G61 models with screens broken, etc. or broken mobos

    the problem is sometimes when I am typing the keyboard, it will get stuck at random with the Ctrl key is pressed. I did no successful diagnosis as to what could be the cause of this, so I hope I can get it fixed here.

    I can give you some suggestions. I think the key Ctrl mechanism fits because of the debris under the key cutting.
    It of possible to remove the cup from the keyboard. Check the place around the key and try to clean it up.

  • HP 6830 Officejet Pro: problem with printhead

    My printer is now under warranty and started giving the following message on a month previously, the error code Oxc19a0003 "problem with printhead.  He continued to print while the cartridges are low on ink.  I guess it was the 'problem '.  I changed the cartridges today and printed 1 page without problems and in the middle of the second page, it stopped printing altogether.  The cartridges that I removed were those that came with the printer when I bought it.  I tried to find an answer this problem today nothing doesn't. I'm in the middle of a project and really need a solution to this problem.

  • LaserJet MFP M277dw Pro: problem with printing issue

    We have the model HP laserjet MFP M277dw, we love it, but have been a problem with what looks like small pink flies on one side of the paper when it is printed, is there a setting that turns off or what is the cause, thank you

    UPDATE: took MFP and was checked by techie printer, tried a new toner and does no differenct so he rang HP and they replaced the MFP, it was still under warranty

  • Someone at - he had problems with charger 10W EU Apple sent as replacement?

    Charger 10W EU I got from Apple did not work properly, before even the latest updates to iOS. Sometimes, the charger worked, sometimes not. I tried to replace the cable, but got by mistake a non-certified cable. With the iOS 9.3 update battery drained even with the 'false' cable connected to the power supply all the time. The accused episodically iPad and the battery discharged only, unless it is turned off. Then it loads very slowly. So I bought a new cable and charger 12W. IPad charging works now normal with iOS 9.3. I strongly suspect the 10W EU charger, but the non-certified cable may have been a problem too after the upgrade of 9.3. If the charger of apples is the problem, they should pay.

    I see you found a WIA and Twain error, when you ran the Print and Scan doctor. I will definitely do my best to help you.

    The WIA drivers are part of the Windows operating system.

    Run this made it Microsoft tool to see if it will solve this problem.

    I can understand the frustration you are experiencing. Whenever the printer is calibrated, it will not be able to do anything until it is complete.  We must determine why it is calibrated.

    I see that you updated the drivers, but you updating of the firmware of the printer?

    • Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet (do not use a bar or a surge protector). This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

    My Dell Inspiron 17R 5720 does not recognize charger. And unfortunately my warranty expired 2 months ago.
    It was plugged and work in the morning, but then in the afternoon I noticed he was running on battery only. It does not start without battery (charger just plugged).

    1 this is what I did to debug. Me and my brother, we bought the same computers Dell laptops at the same time a year and a bit ago. That's why a debugging purposes, it was good.
    I took my charger and plugged into his computer. And it works. Certainly not the charger problem I guess. And when I plug the charger my computer, green light is still on the charger. And I have the original charger provided with the laptop.

    2. now, laptop is running on battery only, so that means that this motherboard works. I think so.

    3. the next thing I did was charger disconnected and removed the battery from the laptop. Then I pushed and hold the "Power" button for 45 seconds to pay a royalty to the flea market. Charger plugged in but laptop will not start.

    4. then I booted the laptop on battery, went to the BIOS and check if the charger is recognized in the BIOS. No, it does not recognize charger. So, if this isn't a charger so what else can we?

    5 laptop has no strange smells so I don't know if something happened with the motherboard, but I guess that motherboard is ok because it works battery.

    6. I was thinking of updating the BIOS, but I can't do it, because it will be not be updated then the laptop runs on the battery, it needs to be plugged.

    Now I'm stuck. I don't know what I can do. I'm willing to spend a little more money on it to try to fix.

    Hello and sorry for this late post. Just had this problem... If there is nothing wrong with the AC adapter, it's a software problem.

    Close the laptop... Unplug the AC adapter / CC... Remove the battery... Plug the power adapter... Start the laptop... Go to the control panel... Find and select the Device Manager... Batteries, left click... Uninstall Microsoft AC Adapter, uninstall Microsoft ACPI compatible with battery control method... In fact, uninstall all you can under the batteries, but that should be all there is. It will be re - install when starting... Stop cell phone... Remove the AC adapter / CC... Replace the battery... Plug the power adapter... Start the laptop... Now, everything should be good.

    Based on what you reported, it ceratinly looks like the portion of the display LED backlit is a failure. This part can be purchased separately

    Replacing the LED backlit screen, that's what will solve the problem. There is no converter in a backlit led display

    If you feel uncomfortable with do it yourself you will save a little. The price range is very broad since it is a touch screen and the high-end model. You need to open the HP Support Assistant or the BIOS to find the full product number.  You will need to know what screen is installed before ordering the part.

  • 8.1 Windows Pro problem with HP OfficeJet Pro 8600

    I am running Windows Pro 8.1.
    I tried to install the software and drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 without success.

    I tried to remove the software, reinstall, reboot the computer, do a 'clean' start, and nothing has worked so far.

    I received the following error message:

    Impossible to install a file that is necessary because the CAB file c:\users\User\appdata\local\temp\7zS2EAD\OJ860x64.cab has a signature digital invalid. This may indicate that the file is corrupted.

    The error message is the same every time I try something new.

    I am able to print, if I add the printer through the option "add a printer" in Windows Explorer, but I want to install the complete software so that I can scan also.

    I downloaded more than 10 times the files several associates of troubleshooting: troubleshooting HP Installation failure MSI, HP Print and Scan doctor, but they have not helped at all.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I see that you have found errors during the installation.  I want to help you with this.

    I would start by trying to install on another account on the computer.

    It also seems that there may be a corruption in the temp directory.  I suggest you remove all your temp HP folder.  I am including the steps to get the specific folder:

    -On your keyboard, hold down your windows key and R key

    -A 'RUN' box will become available

    -Type in %Temp%, and then hit

    -Open your folder that begins with 7z

    -Delete everything inside

    -Restart your computer

    Once you have done this, I recommend reinstalling the software using the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

    If this does not resolve the issue, I would recommend going to your home screen in mosaic, and typing in CMD and press to enter.  That will take you to your command prompt.  In you command prompt, type sfc/scannow, and then press ENTER.
