I have windows 7 (updated about 1 year ago). All of a sudden I get messages saying that I'm victim software counterfeiting and my software is not legitimate. I try to use my product key to ask questions (do it on email) but Microsoft won't accept it. I try to activate and Microsoft say my product key has been blocked. Anyone has any ideas. because my product key is now blocked Microsoft want to pay $ 50 just to chat with them which is ridiculous.
