Video of C100 AVCHD Canon 60i stands as 29.97i when they are imported into first CC 2015

When I import an AVCHD file shot at 60i with Canon C100 MK1, it will come in first CC 2015 as 29.97i . (exactly like the images shot using the parameter PF30p of Canon).  Everyone knows this?  Maybe this related to the strangeness of the Canon PF30p we all know files must be "modified" inside the first change in progressive?  Is there a similar work-around for 60i?

60i is the wrong way to say 30i.  They mean the same thing, well that - 30 interlaced images per second.

  • Red video and no sound at the end of the clip 3 hours when they are imported into first

    Hi all

I currently have a problem with first Pro CC when a clip of 3 hours that I recorded (720 p/24 fps) using XSplit loses video and audio in the last 10 minutes when they are imported into first. The rest of the video is perfectly fine, but this section of it does not correctly (it goes forever, one minute or more per image) and will not export the missing without audio recall bias, and the video (export fails at the end). The clip is a created and coded by XSplit MP4 file and is able to normally play outside Premiere. When overview in the first, reading only shows a screen completely red. There is no effects applied to the element, or any change to the it.

I tried to clear my cache preview and import the clip into a new project with exactly the same results in the same place in the clip.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi, IPA,.

You have a video file that has a variable rate, which does not work with Premiere Pro. You can transcode the file, and then it should work OK. Many people use the brake hand or similar.

  • Why video AVCHD still presents itself as "File of Format not supported" when they are imported into CS5?

I've been editing AVCHD with CS5 for several months, but every time I import video AVCHD first always displays a message box titled "File import Failure", all lists of imported files, and then at the bottom of the window, it says ' Error Message: file format not supported ".  You click on the 'OK' button and change with the film without problem.

I was wondering why this message still comes up if the film is supported in CS5.

Just MTS files are probably very well; First is quite smart to seize what he needs in the other files, as long as the file structure is intact. An even easier way would be to use the media browser; Navigate to the folder containing the AVCHD folder structure, and the MB will flip mode display of AVCHD. It will give you a list of all the files contained in the folder of DATA flow, without having to actually dive into the file STREAM. Select some or all of the files and import them into your project.

The message "File Format not supported" is due to all of the files you listed; some of them are used by first behind the scenes, but they are not the media themselves, so that they can not and do not need to import.

  • Canon 5 d Mark ii Images with the value of the white balance fixed. When they are imported into Lightroom, the value is different.

If I take a shot with the fixed value of 5200K WB (5 d Mark ii) and import into LR 2015.2.1, happens to 4850K. No presets or applied adjustments.

No idea why? How can I solve this problem?

    Rich

All raw converters use four multipliers of white balance RGGB tinted and embedded in the raw file EXIF data to set the white balance and 'calculate' the temperature values displayed inside the module development LR WB.

Scroll down to the "White Balance" section of the DCRAW tutorial PDF here: GUILLERMO LUIJK > TUTORIALS > DCRAW TUTORIAL it's all so raw converters all the rest of the white raw file and 'calculate' the temperature and tint values.

Here is a Canon 5 d MKII CR2 file with the White Balance adjustment 'in the know' behind closed doors:

    (Data EXIF Maker Notes)

The setting "As Shot" WB in LR shows a Temp of 4800 reading, which should produce a slight visual difference that the planned in-camera closed 5134 parameter, correct?

However, with the LR settings file, "As Shot" above the white balance CR2 is the JPEG file in camera perfectly on my Canon 5 d MKII (raw + JPEG file format). It's just that Temp readings do not, because they are "calculated" four RGGB multipliers. Each raw (LR, opening, C1) converter will probably show the values of temperature and tint different, since they are derived by using "reverse engineering" of the manufacturer of exclusive camera raw data structure and camera sensor response file.

Keep in mind that the spectral response of the camera is affected by changes in batch. A Canon 5 d MKII body can produce slightly different WB as one another using the same exact settings. Rather than depend on private clos or LR presets use a good white balance card or the ColorChecker Passport to 'calibrate' LR white balance settings standard shooting conditions (daylight, cloudy, Flash, etc.). For critical projects draw card of the white balance at least once for each unique lighting condition. You can then determine the correct inside the LR setting and settings of synchronization of the World Bank through all the images taken with this specific lighting.

  • Video input appears tense, when they are imported into Premiere Pro CS6

I'm on a level of beginner on Premiere Pro, so please be nice if this question is very basic. I'm doing a video that preserves the video resolution of entry exactly. My video entry was a MP4 movie with a resolution of 1440 x 1080. It is a recording of screen iPad using the X-Mirage software. When I opened normally in quicktime format, it seems not tense. However, when I imported the clip in first, the clip appeared tense. I checked the properties of the element, and it proved to have Pixel Aspect Ratio 1.3333, which means that the pixels are elongated. My output sequence was also strained because of this, although the output indicated that the resolution is the same: 1440 x 1080. I tried to comply with the "Clip Mismatch warning' and the result was still a stretched version. Help, please!

    Screen Shot 2014-09-25 at 12.05.30 AM.png

I'm guessing that first interpreter clip homesick. He probably than her video hdv 1440 x 1080, which is equal to 1.33.

Go to interpret images and set the format of the pixels to 1.0.

See if that will fix it.

  • Videos curtailed when they are imported

I was importing images taken on a handycam (Panasonic HDC-HS20) that has been saved on the hard drive of my Mac, and once it is imported they are cut short. As far as I know, they are a Quicktime movie file type (although I'm no expert). They are relatively short excerpts (most of them only 6-30 seconds in duration) and the amount of missing time of each clip can vary. I am able to display them in their full length in iPhoto and Quicktime. I tried to import from within first Pro CC and by dragging and dropping them in Premiere Pro, the two senses seem to also cut short video. In addition, missing images are taken at random points, leaving the audio out of sync.

    Any help is appreciated!

How did you get the images in your Mac?

Open one of the files on your hard drive and open it in Quicktime. Once the file is open, go to the window menu > show Inspector. An inspector pane opens, either report what the inspector said, or take a screenshot and post that here, as in the following example:

In addition, if you can see the full clip in iPhoto, select the item in iPhoto and export it. Try the ingestion of that clip in the first. Do you see now all content?

  • Blury video/time lapse when they are imported

    Hi guys,.

I could not find this same question so I can't imagine that it is has not been requested before.

I uploaded one of my own videos / timelapse of youtube and I wanted to use the downloaded in first Pro CC version.
The downloaded version is 1080 and super strong, whenever I play a preview of this video, it looks very blury as if it was a very bad quality. When I pauzé the video image becomes strong again.

This also happens when I use the video to start a new sequence, to make sure that sequence is adapted to the video settings...
What is wrong and how can I avoid this?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Have you tried to resolve your Full resolution:

  • Video files (any type) when they are imported, will import the video and audio.

    Premiere Pro (Mac) CC

    750 G SSD

    2 GB NVidia graphics card

    32 MB of Ram

Any file video, regardless of the codec, import into Premiere pro as an audio file.  I did the things suggested in other forums, such as replacement .mov file extension, I used intermediate codecs, prores422, codec .mov (HDV1080p30) among many others.

Also, I can't import a video sequence that seems to have an alpha that are associated with channel.  The graphics with alpha channel were made by Adobe AE and work well in Final Cut Pro 10.1

I need help, FCPX 10.1 is a nightmare and I have a weekly television show that needs to be done as soon as POSSIBLE.  Until now, the switch to first Pro CC disappeared not smoothly.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response.  I could get my hands on Technical Support and we determined that my first Pro CC installation was corrupted.  It's a simple solution to uninstall and reinstall the program.  Now, everything works fine.  To answer your question, when I imported any type of video file (I tried several types of different different video files and codecs) it would be important in audio.  The icon is Audio only, when I put the sequence on the Timeline, I couldn't put anything on the timeline of the video, only Audio was present.

  • Audio disappears from the video file when they are imported, please help!

    Hello

When I open a new project and create a sequence, usually I import a. File video TS that automatically gets a blue label. When I hang out in the sequence, the video will appear in a video slot machine and associated audio appears in an audio connector. However, lately, about completely random, when video files I import them, they come with a purple autiomatically label assigned to them, and when I drag them on the sequence, there are only videos or sound only. PPCS6, when I go into the properties of the video in the software, records that the. TS file has any audio associated - yet when I look at the file outside of the software, it is very good and has the audio.

Can someone help me please? It's quite urgent and I would appreciate it.

    Thank you.

Update: just installed the update, did not know it was there! It seems to have corrected, thanks for letting me know! I hope that it doesn't yet, but I'll be sure to come back if she does.

  • Date of original video file changes when they are imported

When I import video files, change the date of the original source file gets to the date of my import.

Premiere Pro CS4, never did. Why CS5.5 changes the date of the source file?

    Steve

If you have the game preference to write XMP IDS to files on import, Premiere Pro will write an XMP ID in a source file when you import it. Advancing the date of the modification of the file.

  • Video accelerates when they are imported, but the audio is normal at PE7

I ripped a DVD on my computer. It's in a format default VOB from DVD Shrink. I don't know if I can change the format and I don't know if it would help. It is not be compressed in DVD Shrink, so I don't think that's the problem. I open the VOB file in PE7 and it's as if the video is on fast forward, but the audio is at a normal pace. If I try to open the file in PE3, the video is jittery and jumps autour, but the video is not faster than the audio.

The pace in PE7 is 29.something, whatever it is to normally. I thought it was DVD Shrink causing the problems, but I tried both DVD Decrypter and got the same results. Any ideas on how to make video slow?

Sorry in advance if someone has asked this already and I just failed to find. I just upgraded to PE7 and it has been giving me problems throughout the weekend. I'm a fool when it comes to technical stuff of video, so I can't have any idea what you are talking about if you try to tell me how to solve this problem.

You can take a look at this THREAD, down near the bottom. ATR has given a recommendation for software work with the poster. VOB files and it worked fine.

Regarding DVD-video software players, WMP has ability to delete some versions back. I heard it was just for the serious but DVD I do not use it, so I don't know. I heard there are plug-ins available, but have no experience. I use CyberLink PowerDVD and am very happy. Media Player Classic HomeCinema edition is also highly recommended, and it's free.

    Good luck
