Videos of YouTube suddenly stop and restart only in Firefox

Last night around 20:00 I watched a video without problem, Youtube closed my browser and did other things for a while. When I got home at about 22:00 and tried to watch another video, the video suddenly stopped a few seconds, gave me "an error occurred" then suddenly the video began again to the place he stopped but now it was a small hook to the start/stop point (see attached image). This wouldn't be a problem if it happened once in a while, but since last night, it happens with ALL videos regardless of the length or quality. In fact, sometimes it forces me to watch it on the highest quality and makes the other options unavailable. If I try to refresh it takes a LONG or simply refreshes forever. And God forbid that I should have to other windows or tabs open when this happens because they will suddenly stop loading or get REALLY laggy. I have no choice but to watch Youtube in IE that works amazingly well and does not shit that I have just described.

Everything is up-to-date. I deleted Max, temporary files, cookies and history. I have not downloaded or installed anything in the last 24 hours. I asked other people who use the FF on this matter and they all say it's very good so I don't know what to do anymore.

HTML video everywhere, it is as the name of an add-on you that Firefox should use the HTML5 player for all videos from websites.

The starting and stopping of video can be affected by a firewall or an antivirus

Read performance of the very annoying sounds in this situation. In general, the steps of troubleshooting we can try:

  • same place his impasse: clear cookies and cache-fact
  • Make sure Flash is updated or try to reinstall the flash player-made
  • Right click on the video and disable hardware acceleration
  • The speed of the internet, it is faster to download the video to watch it?
  • Free up memory and reload the video page
  • Delete temporary internet files - Windows has built in a few tools to do this
  • If I try to update it takes a LONG or simply refreshes forever-> This is an indication that you may need to clear the cache.
  • Right-click on a video and select "Global settings" menu in advanced, clear the cache from here, and then restart the browser.

    Hello

I'm on OSX 10.10.5 (I think) at least, I use EL Capitan. I can't tell the exact version, because my computer does not start correctly. The software is installed on an I mac for some time around mid-2011.

The day began like any other day. I turned on the computer. Opens the web browser and lightroom. All of a sudden my screen turned gray and my second was a line downwards in the Middle, almost as if two screens of office have been posted on a monitor. Screens flashed several times with some funky patterns and then the system restarted with a carillon.

When he did, white vertical bands turned towards the bottom of the screen while the Apple was displayed at startup. Sold turned screen gray, then rebooted again. This time, the bands were purple. It's the same thing again but next time the lines were orange and the system restarted a third time. At this point, I turned the computer off and tried again, but I was immediately greeted with several orange bands.

Can someone help me find a solution or help me pin point the problem?

From what you describe, it looks like a hardware issue that Apple will only be able to resolve, but not to despair immediately.

Read it please get help with graphics issues on external displays connected to your Mac - Apple Support.

I know that the title and subject are not suitable to your concern, but buried in this document is the following passage that contains three links describing the steps to follow.

If you can not change the resolution of your screen because you see no image, restart your Mac in safe mode to reset the default display resolution.

If booting safe mode doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Mac NVRAM and SMC to reset the video ports on your Mac to their default values.

That first, then write again for additional suggestions if you are still having problems.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Explorer Windows stops responding constantly and stops and restarts

I have windows 7 and Explorer is constantly stops responding and then looking for solutions then stops and restarts. I don't know when exactly it started to do this but is real annoying and reached a point almost unusable.

I saw this problem caused by Norton Antivirus. If you have running on your computer, you can disable it from the Norton Control Panel and check.

You can also put the computer to clean the start State and see if any of the non - Windows Services running on the computer is at the origin of the problem. If the problem does not occur in the boot, you can activate these non-windows services one by one and see which one is the culprit. Here's how to Windows 7 computer in a clean boot state:

  • Stop and restart the cssd on all cluster nodes

    Hello

Release our system to operate under linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5.3 (Tikanga) 2.6.18 - 128.1.1.el5
Our ASM is 11.1.0.7.0 block of POWER 2
Only ASM is clustered. Databases are not.
    2 cluster nodes (Clusterware 11.1.0.7.0)

    I have two questions:
    1. we need to stop and start the cssd (crsctl stop crs, crsctl start crs) on both our 2 nodes of clusters.
In our test group, I stopped first the ASM and dbs all running on 2 nodes
Then I got arrested and restarded the cssd on the first node, and then on the second node. What is the good order or procedure?
I noticed after the cssd (crsctl stop crs) stopped the process "/ bin/sh /etc/init.d/init.cssd fatal" was always present. I waited for 30 seconds, but he was always there. Then I restarted the cssd (crsctl start crs) in any case. Why was the fatal process always there? It happened on both nodes. After you restart the cssd, I killed the "/ bin/sh /etc/init.d/init.cssd fatal" on both nodes. He was evidently reappear.

in the event that we want to restart both nodes of the cluster, should 2 - I start by disabling the crs before restart the cluster of 2 knots (crsctl disable crs), and then turn it back on after that 2 linux servers are back (crsctl enable crs)?

    Thank you, man

    Hello

So, for the closure of this thread, which is the appropriate procedure - for them stopping and restarting the cssd on the two cluster 2 node - among the two below:

1 - do a "crsctl stop Sir' and then 'crsct start crs' on the first node. Then do the same thing on the second node
    2. make a "Sir crsctl stop" on both nodes. Then do 'crsct start crs' on both nodes

I want to avoid is the two nodes start to restart because of the cssd.

You can run 'crsctl stop/start' at the same time on both nodes or so as you want (1 or 2), no problem.

If you start the clusterware on a first node and later the second node, just make sure that all services who were on the first node the second node have been properly resettled on the second node.

    Kind regards
