View webmail vs Microsoft Outlook View

Had to replace my hard drive in Acer touch screen.  The files have been saved before replacement.  After the connection to display the email (from the mosaic of mail), I see only the version "webmail".  How can I change this view of the Outlook view that I usually use?  Thank you!

Yes, I would like to have Microsoft Office Outlook 'view '.  When you say that we can help you, you are a consultant / employee of Microsoft?

Yes, I want to follow you to help me with this (or another minor, but important to me) the issues that arise.

Please notify.

Scott

There is no such thing as a 'view' office, you must install the product for use.

Just to clarify, you connect a network?  You connect to a domain?

You could try this process if you are not connected to a domain.  (This was taken in the following knowledge base article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/218315.)  You can view the article if these steps don't help you to a determination.

These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet mail option only. To determine your installation type, click About Microsoft Outlook in the menu help . If you have the Internet mail option only is installed, you see "Internet only mail".

  • I want to spend that all emails from Outlook Express (OE) to Microsoft outlook (MO) 2007

My old laptop is running Win XP with OE. Now, I just bought new laptop with Windows 7 and MO2007. I want to spend all the mails from OE in old laptop again using Pls MB. help me urgent to do as I can't bear with me 2 laptops at the same time. Many many thanks to you all. Good day.

Transfer of data from Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail:

    For Messages:

Copy the * ENTIRE * OE message store folder to a flash drive. (Folders.dbx must be included). Place it on the desktop or another location on the computer using WLMail. Open WLMail and: file | Import | Messages | Microsoft Outlook Express 6, and the point where it was saved.

    Location of OE message store:

In OE: Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    For addresses:

Open the address book in OE and file | Export | Address book (wab) and save it to the desktop. Copy it to a flash drive. Place it on the desktop or another location on the computer using WLMail.

Open the Contacts list in WLMail, (go |) Contacts in the Menu bar) and the file | Import | Address book (wab) Windows and the point where you saved it.

Note: If you use a CD or a DVD instead of a flash drive, after placing on the new machine you must remove the read-only attribute in the properties before you import.

    For the account settings:

In OE: Tools | Accounts, select the account and export it to the desktop. This will be an .iaf file. Copy it to the new computer and WLMail desktop: tools | Accounts and import the settings from the location you saved the.

  • Logout not Microsoft Outlook's mail to the first click page

When I click to disconnect from my page to e-mail in Microsoft Outlook, it treats, but after a few seconds, it remains on the same page (do not disconnect). Only when I click to the second or third time, it would actually sign. I contacted Microsoft about this and told me to try disconnecting use one browser other than Firefox to see if it is related to the browser. The problem is not moved when I tried signing on a using one browser other than Firefox, which suggests that the problem is actually related to the Firefox browser. Microsoft then advised me to contact Mozilla for this problem.

I need help to solve this problem.

Another user has reported a similar problem of not be disconnected Outlook. com When I look at the huge flow of activity in the Console browser caused by clicking Sign out (screen attached), it is clear that many servers are involved on the end of Microsoft. It is possible that a parameter or an add-on to Firefox, or some external factor such as security software, blocks something in this long chain.

Because redirects are involved, might check that Firefox is not set to block? If you have enabled the optional block of redirection, which can cause failures on some sites without any notification. Please check here:

Windows: button menu '3-bar' (or Tools menu) > Options Mac: key menu '3-bar' (or Firefox menu) > preferences Linux: '3 - bar' (or edition menu) menu button > preferences

In the left column, click Advanced. On the right side, with mini - the 'General tab ' of active, uncheck "warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page" if it is checked.

(It is a function of accessibility for users of the software and not a versatile tool of value for most users of screen reading).

Note on the Console browser: you can view it by using either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + j
    • button '3-bar' menu > developer > browser Console

There is a trash can in the upper left corner to clear the accumulated messages. On OWA, they keep appearing as display ads, etc. I had to keep clearing and wait a moment of calm before moving on to the main window, and click Disconnect.

Often when a page loads, you see a lot of small blue triangles in the left column. Those are warnings of CSS. You can click on the small triangle on the CSS button at the top and clear warnings to hide those. Style warnings are most relevant for the page layout or problems of element missing and rarely cause functional problems.

  • Microsoft Outlook: If it'll work or not?

Im trying to get the droid to access my email to work on Microsoft Outlook. Of course many people have problems with this, but to be honest I just dropped by reading the other discussions due to lack of patience and precise no answer. Also, I don't know what is the difference between my username and the domain? And I don't know what pop3 or is any other things? Can someone please break down in laymens terms and just give me as near a Yes or no answer as it is?

Access your work email via a web browser from time to time? In other words, you can go to a specific Web page that provides your work, log in and see your email via the browser (probably Internet Explorer)?

If so, you can use this information to connect from the Droid.

Go to 'Settings', then 'accounts & sync' and at the bottom of the page, select 'add an account '. Your choice between 'Corporate', 'Facebook' or 'Google '. Choose "Corporate."

The next screen will prompt for your email address and password. Enter your professional email address, in the format [email protected]

The next screen, "domainnameusername", and "password", is where you enter the same values that you use when you log in with Internet Explorer. You may or may not need the "domain name" part (my company does not) - if not, leave it as 'username '. It will also fill the 'username' under your e-mail username.  In my case, the connection to the e-mail server is different from my e-mail, so I enter a different username than my e-mail.

In addition, the application fills the "Exchange Server" based on the kind of things after the @ in your email address, but it may need to be changed so if the address you use when you connect using Internet Explorer is different. For example, my exchange server name is webmail.company.com, not company.com.

Move down on this screen (if you use the virtual keyboard, you will need to click done). SSL is already checked, you may need to ask your personal COMPUTER what else might need to be clicked. For now, try it like that and click Next.

It should be able to establish a connection.

The TouchDown app is a little more configurable and may be something you want to look into if you want to use this phone to work regularly.  For now, try this and let us know if it works for you.

My contacts appear in the iCloud, but I would like to export/import in Microsoft Outlook 7.  How can I accomplish this?

The iCloud Control Panel for Windows will synchronize your iCloud, calendar and Messaging Contacts in Outlook:

  • My mail is migrated to a new system, server and they have adopted Microsoft Outlook which is terrible. I use Thunderbird for 20 years and loved.

When my main mail server migrated to a new system, they used Microsoft Outlook to organize my email. I used it for almost 2 months and it's awful. I would like to restore my old Thunderbird program. It seems to be working: I get the number of messages in my Inbox on the Thunderbird icon and an audio invites all new messages are received. The only problem is that I can't get in my mail because Thunderbird will accept none of the passwords that I offer (I only have three). Can someone please fix it so I can reset my password or have Thunderbird recognize one of my passwords? The main server wants to open a new account in Thunderbird, but it means that I lose all the data from the old account.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I use Firefox version with an OS Ubuntu LTS 14.04 33.0. I get a 403-Forbidden: access denied message when trying to access my mail from Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA). When I use another computer running version 33.1.1 Firefox with a Windows 7 operating system, I can access my email in Microsoft Outlook Web App perfectly. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my Firefox browser on the Ubuntu machine to be able to access my email on OWA?

This problem may be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Edit > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Edit > Preferences > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe
