Virgins kind of screen. Never seen that before

I have a new HP laptop. Today it turns on okay, but hen all that I have is only a void, but turn on the monitor and a mobile mouse cursor. Tried to push every button possible and nothing. It's the Windows 8 operating system. I turned it power etc, but he immediately returns to the white screen, and it seems too fast to be booting the system.
Help please?

According to the message, you posted it's hard to know if it's a matter of Hardware/Software. This problem probably occurred because of recent changes, as appropriate

I'd like to request you to perform the procedure to solve the problem below:

Step 01. Turn off the computer

Step 02. Turn on the PC and keep pressing the F8 key

Step 03. Select safe mode from the list of the early start Option

Step 04. Please Reboot / restart the PC in safe mode

Step 05. If you have any unwanted startup items please remove this

Note: Incase if your always faced with the question after all of this, I ask you to continue troubleshooting

by making the hard drive and Memory Test as shown below:

1. power off the laptop

2. turn on the device and keep tapping the button exhaust when departure upward to access the Start Menu

3. now, here, please select as well in advance or the diagnosis tab option [F10]

4. you should find the possibility to run tests on the hard drive and memory

Note: Please perform these tests and post back with any error message details

    First, use restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and try to force restart your iPhone, in particular, this section:

    You must force restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch as a last resort, and that if it does not. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

    just checked my phone and there is an icon at the top of the screen where any other view would be i.e. text, email, facebook, etc, but I have not seen this one before. It is a small black circle with an arrow pointing down and to the left, with a small red circle, which I think is the same when an email is unchecked. I went to the application Center and downloaded updates for google talk and number 4 is still there, as it was before the upgrade. I am running execution.151 on Verizon

    I'm sorry you troubles here. A 403 occurs when the url of your site is not listed in the areas of the site. You will be prompted to add domains when you're exporting/publishing the site. Make sure that the domain of your site is in the list and this should fix the 403.

    Support of the app comes to me with the problem. New PeopleSoft client Setup does not work. Error messages indicate incompatibility of library.
    Newly installed Oracle client, resembles a 64-bit client but needs 32-bit.
    No problem, I set stuff like this hundreds of times.

    First, pull the current installation of the oracle: delete C:\Program Files\oracle; delete c:\app\oracle; remove references to the Oracle of hklm\software\odbc; delete all the hklm\software\oracle; delete
    references to the oracle of the path from the system environment.

    Then, re - install oracle client run-time, 32-bit. Installation went smoothly, and I am able to connect to sqlplus.
    Then, run the installer again, by selecting 'custom' and selecting the element of odbc oracle; Override suggested by default a new OHOME and select Home barely installed. Once again, something I've done hundreds of times.

    Then, test the ODBC. Open the odbc configuration tool and start putting in place a new DSN, but oracle is not listed among the available drivers... mini-bars. Checked the registry, hklm\software and before I look in ODBC, I can see there is no entry for ORACLE. ?!?!?

    However, I can connect to sqlplus and the apps guy is able to complete the configuration of the PeopleSoft customer and it works.

    It is a webloc file. A link to a certain Web page. Safari creates these when you drag the icon in the left side of the address bar of Safari on the desktop. He can trash if you do not want.

  • Recently noticed an icon "Magnifying glass" in the taskbar, never seen before; Seems to be related to INDEXING; What should I do?

    A few hours earlier, I noticed what looks like vaguely to a "magnifying glass" in my taskbartype icon.  When I hover the mouse over it, I see either of two different messages.

    This means that you have installed Windows Search

    Windows Search will slow your system down with it's indexing and most of the people are eager to get rid of it.

    My advice: Uninstall via Add/Remove programs.

    I would lrecommend fall AdAware (Lavasoft I guess) and download, install, update and perform analyses of the complete system with:

    Remove everything they find, even this cookie.  Reboot when necessary.  (You can uninstall one or both in fact - if you hold one, I recommend MalwareBytes.)

    Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

    If it's a cookie, it is safe to delete.  As to what that is, you need know what web page you want to that it puts on your machine (opening the cookie and read its content would definitely help with that).
