  You can perform a scan SFC and check. To Perform a Scan SFC -

  a. click Start, click programs, on Accessoriesprincipally made, right click guestand then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
  b. type the following command and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.
  c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.
  d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".
  e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

However the fact that you are still being harassed to install it in Safari implies that you have not run the update of Java installation package that must be inserted into the drive.

  Then, go back to the Finder and look for a drive in a window of Finder called "JDK 8 updated 73'. Click on that in the window of the Finder and the window should then list the contents of this disc. In this list should be something obviously to do with the installation, most of the installation files have an extension of the .pkg file, it could be called 'update Java 8 73.pkg.   You can check for any option the utility for registration of entry door to the startup item and turn it off.

  To disable the option, follow the steps

  You have a virus, here's what you need to do. Download and install malwarebytes of: http://malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free, be sure to update before running a full scan. If you cannot run the program at all, you will need to download a few programs of this site: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix it, you should get back on track.

  Also, you may have a browser redirection problem. Go to your IE tools--> internet options--> Connections tab, then click lan setting and make sure that the only box to checked in it is automatically detect settings.

  Winrscmde errors are usually due to the corruption of registry files.

  Your message was clearly not your comments to Microsoft Answers web site, so I moved it on the Feedback forum to "Install, upgrade and activate" windows forum.  Please return to your message, click the button change under it, change the menu Windows Version dropdown to indicate which version of Windows you are using, and then click on submit.  People can help better if they do not have to guess your version of Windows.

  Your best bet is to reinstall WIndows from scratch using the original Windows installation kit or factory restore disks supplied with the PC when your purchased people.  If she did come with a restore or the Windows installation disk drive, it came with a partition on the hard drive and the software to allow you to create the restore disks yourself.  Which will ensure that none of their remains.

  Ibangel is right... Look in your HP Solution Center - there might be something in there that has the value "angry on the ink cartridges.  ... Maybe under "Shop supplies" or settings...
