  I recently had some problems with my Satellite A200 laptop computer screen freezes, do not restart correctly after hibernation and battery warnings displayed even if it is still plugged into the mains to low. When I get battery it will eventually die. I jumped the battery - put new - turned the laptop on - and the battery is at full capacity! Anyway, I've updated the BIOS and I tried to run the diagnostic tool to see if it no problem. Problem is there is that anything posted in the Diagnostics tab to test!

  Follow these steps to change the color of the font of the desktop folder.

  a. right-click on a vacuum of space on the desktop and click on personalize.

  b. click on the link to the color of the window at the bottom of the window.

  c. click the link Advanced appearance settings .

  When I do the recovery PC Statup screen, it works only for hours, or even days... occaisonally restart itself.   It has been 4 days.   I don't know I'm done on this.    As in some of the previous discussions, the restore points that I know have been created, displays none not being created.   I made a backup, but through Norton.   Not sure how the backup will help until I get my computer runnign again.

  What should I do?

  If she needs takign apart my changing computer hard drives... forget it... I've done enough of that in my life.  Rather spend time with my children.

  Help, please... It has all my photos and my finances on it.

  The BIOHD-8 error Code tells you that your hard drive has failed.  Therefore, you will need to replace it before you can restore your computer.  I hope that you have a backup of your personal data.

I then followed the instructions from HP for checking the battery (turn off computer; light and ESC to enter the system of diagnosis.) My laptop stops almost immediately!

  So I thought I would uninstall this new tool, but it has not been entered in the programs in the Control Panel, or all programs. I found the new partition, he created and deleted those files, but the score remains and I did too.

  I installed HPHDU (diagnostic tool) for my printer HP Office jet Pro K550 and itsnot work.

  First step is ok, said tt its connected, but the second stage with the error (step 2-the State), it says error 06.  I tried to reconnect the cable, reset the printer, PC. Nothing help.

  In the diagnostic tool are 4 pages. On the last page, all data are unavailable except my version of the firmware which is: 6.1.71600.16385

  The printer is ok, I can print any page I want. Just can not do the diagnostic tool to work.
