  Recently, I upgraded my computer laptop studio dell for Windows 7 64-bit to Vista 64 bit and now my Dell a920 all-in - One Printer does not work.  It works well with XP and Vista.   The dell site says that it is not compatible with Windows 7.  So frustrating. Please tell me Windows has a solution for me and they don't leave me high and dry.

  That's why we're always checking the availability of compatible devices

• Windows Vista 64-bit install of Officejet 7310... need help please.

  I need help to get this thing working... I have the HP officejet 7310 and windows vista 64 bit... It wont let me dl the program on the cause of the computer it says that I must be in administrator... then I am logged in as an administrator and still I can't dl it. I right clicked on the icon of the exe, and click on "Run as Administrator" and still get the same error... help!

• Help! Windows Vista 32-bit thinks suddenly that my installation is not authentic!

  My Dell Inspiron 1525 stop spontaneously today and when I again started Windows Vista 32 - bit OS said I had a non-genuine version and he asked me my product key.  I entered that and he rejected her.

  Hi William. Unfortunately, Vista is not a system for Lightroom 5 or 6 of Lightroom. You will need to Windows 7 or a later version. See here: system requirements

  I just picked up that Photo Shop CS3 installed on my laptop with Vista Ultimate 64-bit.  It installed fine, but when I try and open a windows error message appears in encountered and error and quits the program.   I have another laptop with Vista 32-bit Home and I installed it there and it opens smoothly.     I have Dreamweaver CS3 on my 64-bit would that cause a problem?  I thank you for reading and any iput you can give.  Corey

  The Vista operating system uses clean power options and there is no special Toshiba Power saver for Vista as for Win XP

  Maybe you tried to install the saver of energy for Win XP?

  Even on Windows 64-bit, Firefox is a 32-bit application, then your data will be used. It is easier if the version is the same on both (for example, Firefox 3.6 to 3.6, Firefox 5 to 5).
