Vista 64 compatible dvd photo slideshow software
Is anyone out there know of a good reliable program that works with vista 64 to make dvd slideshows? I tried CD & DVD test 4 but the software has constant unpredictable accidents even after update. I loved the features of the program, but if someone recognizes and knows a similar program that might be what I'm looking for. Any suggestions are welcome thank you.
Hello crictor,.
Thank you for using the Microsoft answers Forum.
Third-party software may make recommendations by Microsoft support engineers as it is against our policy to do so.
I'll change the type of the thread so that people will know that there is a discussion about programs that can be supported or which work well in the Vista operating system.
Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

How to install the compatible DVD decoder on Equium M50?
My laptop is model Equium M50-164 PSM57E-002004AV
After format, I lost DVD decoder.
How can I install compatible DVD decoder? Can you please explain how you mean exactly and what OS do you have?
You have reinstalled Windows using the Toshiba Recovery disk?Normally, you can play DVDs with Windows media player and so you n t need additional software or driver.
Also, I prefer VLC media player. This little player can play audio and video files more and its freeware. If you need a codec pack that you should search with Google K-Lite Mega Codec Pack. It is very good ;)
Good luck!

Requirements for Photo Creations software.
If I have a Dell printer and the computer, can I still download and use the HP photo creations software?
Hi JRhonda.
Very likely. HP Photo Creations works on Windows 7, Vista and XP (and Mac OS 10.5 and higher). You can print your creations in three ways:
- On a personal printer (recommended photo printer).
- For pick-up at a participating store, or
- Shipped to you.
Here's the complete requirements:
Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 1 Ghz Pentium 4 processor 256 MB OF RAM
15 MB of free space on hard drive
Internet connection broadband
Macintosh OS X v10.5 (Leopard) or higher Intel processor 1 GB OF RAM
15 MB of free space on hard drive
Internet connection broadband
Please let us know how it goes,

I want to unstall decoder compatible DVD on my PC
Download a third party application that allows to read DVDs like PowerDVD, etc.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-XP/help/Windows-Media-Player/11/play-CD-DVD
"To play DVDs using the player, you must have a reader of DVD and a DVD decoder hardware installed on your computer or software. By default, Windows does not include a DVD decoder. For more information about DVD decoders, see Plug-ins for Windows Media Player. »

Frankly - probably your best bet is to install and use VLC. It will read DVDs on your Windows XP computer rather than trying to get Windows Media Player to do this on XP.

Original title: when I try to run the system repair ffrom the original Vista 32 bit dvd, I get the error "the file i2omp.sys is corrupt" is anyone know the solution for this problem? Thank you, Kelsey.
The message arrives as soon as I select "repair system" can not find the file on the Windows Dvd.
Hello
1. why you try to run the system on your computer repair?
2. when exactly you receive this error message?
If you receive the error message while booting from the Windows Vista DVD it means that the file i2omp.sys is corrupted.
You may need to make arrangements for a Windows Vista disk that corresponds to the same edition, as it is installed on your computer. Later, try to repair the system on your computer.
