Vista - when you try to install SP2, you are prompted to install SP1 first

I try to install Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (64-bit setup file complete downloadede) only becuse it says I must first install Vista Service Pack 1. If I try to install service pack 1, it says that it is already installed.

When windoows up-to-date tried to install SP2, the error message was:
ERROR_NOT_FOUND (0 x 80070490)

This key, Open regedit.exe and goto:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

and display the value of BuildLabEx
