  I read the threads on this and the link that suggested a programme of assistance of the forum. I don't have a media card yet, so the pictures are just in the device memory.   I then tried to follow what another user did, using the Desktop Manager and Media Manager for my photos.

  How can I get these off my bb and on my pc? Media options card I media support, encryption, no mass storage on... all as needed, even if I do not have a Cardinal media.. just in case where it did something to help, which was not.

  I need advice please. I'll be able to get a media card in the next few weeks and then I hope that things will work better.

  At the top left, there is a menu whereby you can select 'connection and file transfer. It should be useful in showing you how to do this.

  Recently, I swapped my small SD card for another.  During this process, it seems that all of my default ringtones and all sounds have disappeared.  They appear in the list of options available in the profile application, but I heard "dung dung dung" whenever I try to scroll in the list.

  I have somehow lost them when I changed cards?

  Is it possible to re - install?

  no no no, if you have ever moved the ringtones to the media card, they they are on the memory of the device, not the press card.

  I was just guessing.

  Thus, they are always there.

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  See if they work now.

  Have been trying for days to set up my email of internet.

  I bought an unlocked 8310 (AT & T) curve for my T-mobile account.  Everything works so far, including browsing the web, but I can't configure my Internet email.

  There is absolutely no icon on the phone to do this, I searched all the options that was suggested to me.  The only option I have is to set up an Email from the company, which I did not.  I have been in discussion with AT & T and TMobile and have entered my PIN and IMEI code on both sites to try to set up, with nothing working.

  All the ideas for the poor ole' me?

• I need to remove installed OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and install XP. Help please!

  It is a new work computer, not my personal machine.  Our main piece of software, ACT! 2000, will not work on W7.  We bought the new law! 2010, but he does not play well with the rest of the desktop computers, server included.  I know that the best thing to do would be to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro, and then load Windows Virtual PC to run XP.  But because of $$$ and $$$ already spent on this new computer, upgrade to W7 Pro is not on the table right now.

  Unfortunately, Dell provides Windows XP drivers for this system, so any installation of Windows XP is not supprted by Dell andcan not work and even install

  To install winxp you need a retail version of Windows XP, you must then boot from winxp cd and perform a clean installation
