VMControl error - 3: invalid arguments: Login failed - when you use VMWARE-CMD

I had a VM that does not - I received the error "the system returned error. Communication with the virtual machine has maybe stopped'. I had a glance communities and found a lot of useful suggestions, mostly related to the use the VMWARE-CMD.

Now I have 8 ESX 3.0.2 servers in a cluster and when I ssh to the console on the other 7 I have no problem running a VMWARE-CMD, but on this particular host that contains the virtual machine, I get VMControl error-3 error: invalid arguments: Login Failed - I get this if I try a getstate/start/stop/restart you name! I get it even if I just try VMWARE-CMD - l.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I think that the vmware agent does not connect somehow.

Try this.

Right-click on the host in VI and unplug

Connect directly to the host via VI and remove users from vmware

connect to the host via ssh.

go to/etc/vmware/ssl remove these certificates, there should be only 2.

run: service mgmt-vmware restart

They wait about 2 minutes and reconnect the host. You will lose no VM configuration or, but who can help with the problem of vmware-cmd.

I am making an enterprise deployment by using the IDMLCM tool by following the Enterprise for Oracle Identity and Access Management Deployment Guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/doc.1112/e48618/toc.htm).
I completed the PREVERIFY step on each node (iamhost1, iamhost2, webhost1, webhost2) successfully but did not step in the INSTALLATION when you run the following command on the first node (iamhost1):
runIAMDeployment.sh - $IDMLCM_HOME/provisioning/bin/provisioning.rsp - ignoreSysPrereqs true - target responsefile install
I can't understand the reason according to the runIAMDeployment - install.log.
Help, please.

I have a strange problem, and could ' thin t the answer yet on any forum.

The command-line ADT package for iOS fails when I add the two '-Yes hideAneLibSymbols ' and '-useLegacyAOT no ' and if it also contains the native extensions of .ane, which have been updated to support iOS arm64. Connect to the Oracle database fails when you use Microsoft ODBC or OLE DB Driver

There was a problem when you apply the KB3126587 hotfix where connections to an Oracle database using the Microsoft ODBC driver fails if run from automated processes. Running the same process manually would succeed. The update issued KB3147071 solved the problem successfully.

Yesterday, several patched have been applied and the problem came back. The patches are: KB2862152, KB2868626, KB3163244, KB3168965, KB3170455, KB3163251.

I saw yet no acknowledgement or difficulty of Microsoft. I prefer not to uninstall security patches, but it is a problem of production.

Any ideas what specific patch maybe breaking it again?

Add disk Workflow fails when you use the LSI Logic SAS SCSI controller

I'm in vCenter Orchestrator 4.0.1
When you try to run the workflow work add drive on a virtual machine that uses the LSI Logic SAS SCSI controller I get an error no controller found.
This workflow is under: library-> VIM 3-> Virtual Machine Management-> device management
The workflow add disk supports the LSI Logic SAS controller? If this is not the case, no idea of how to create my own custom adds workflow to disk that would work with this controller?

Which plugin you have configured to talk to your Virtual Center? the plugin 3.5 or 4.0 plugin? If you have used the plugin 4.0, you must use the library-> VC-> * workflow so that the correct objects get used.

ODI interface failed when you use the specific agent but very well with Local (agentless)

I just upgraded my 10.1.3.5 at 11.1.1.7 ODI and has encountered some problems. When I run one of the interface with the 'Local (agentless)' (via ODI studio Designer in which the ODI software is installed, say Server A), it can complete successfully without error. But if I run the same interface with specific agent (also via ODI studio Designer in Server A), it will fail. In fact this specific agent I is also located in Server A. The error message is as below:

Since seems can't find the json.jar file (actually it away under % ODI_HOME %), I tried to include the middleware library path (C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\misc\11.1.2.0), which has the json.jar in the ODI_ADDITIONAL_CLASSPATH in the file odiparams.bat in the folder and restart the agent. Seems once again, some class/jar files are missing. But I have really no idea this time how to fix it. In addition, since it is ok with the local agent (no) but fail with specific agent, I think that it is not the problem of the interface, but the problem of the agent (configuration?). Side credit Service initiate test fails when you use Soap
I followed the quick start guide (http://download.oracle.com/otndocs/products/bpel/quickstart.pdf) and when I try to do step 6 in "to test the credit rating service" I get an error of

I installed with the standalone oc4j for developers install on my laptop, the closure has added such that specified and got everything working. I had to modify the build.properties and replace localhost 127.0.0.1 and the password blank for eu1 so that he could successfully run the Ant (he told me to use ant instead of obant when I put in place).
There is a bug in 10.1.2.x. So, you should work on SOA 10.1.3.4 operate... Please be on the latest version of the patch.

error on execution of fpclose.vi when you use FP-1000 and two FP-TC-120 module

I have an error that occur in my LabVIEW program by closing connections Point field.

I use LV8.5 and im to connect to a FP-1000 (native RS-232 port) controller that connects to two modules FP-TC-120, under XP.

The error I get is "error 33589' caused by 'FPClose.vi', is actually the second"FPClose.vi"that produced the error, as shown in the picture by the giant arrow. Strangely, there does appear to be an effect of the program and it runs and disconnects as should be, its mostly just bugging me.

I can't find this error listed anywhere, I can't find a nice long list of errors.

I have an insidious sense that when I close the FP read labels with the FPClose.VI I am actually closing connection to the PS module and therefore do not close the system as intended.

I would be grateful is someone would instruct me as to the cause of the error, and what I should do to properly close the FP module.

Well, I managed to get to the bottom of the problem, it was not caused by FPClose!

Errors where of course be cascaded through FPClose and then the 'error' said that the source was the second "FP Close.vi" he did the second "PS Read.vi". The fact that the IAK was in a loop was not the cause of my problem, but it's a clear sign of poor programming!

Error reading FieldPoint 33589 actually is that some channels are determined to be OpenLoop. In my case I had all the channels of the first bank connected to the K-Type thermocouples, but only 2 channels of the second Bank connection and so the error were raised in the second "read FP' and cascading to the second"FP close. " To consider an error is actually a misnomer because it is actually a warning and has no influence on the conduct of the program.

I think that the original example I posted was written for LV 6.1 and FP 3.x. I updated my own example to update methods used in LV 2011 and FP 6.0.9, they run a lot smoother than the previous method. I hope this might help someone else in the future.

"The trust relationship" fails when you use the remote web access but local access is fine

Hi people,

I searched on this but haven't found all answers, or anyone who seems to have the same problem that I get.

I can use my Win 7 Desktop Office 100% fine, network cable, no problem, "nothing has changed" for months. SB Server 2011

I can log the Web remote access: Remote space fine and can download files, etc. Any fine.

I can see the 'Connect' button for my computer desktop, but when I press on it and enter my username and password, I get "the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed." I tried several remote computers XP and Win 7, always the same.

I am sure that when I'm back in the office, the local logon will be fine as it always has been.

Any suggestions?

Firefox android app fails when you use orbot (tor)

I have installed Orbot and torified Firefox, my browser stock and several other applications in my settings Orbot. I have after activation Orbot and Tor, my stock browser network connection works fine and I can go to Web sites. However, Firefox returns an error page (impossible to connect / check your network settings). Should what settings I set to use Firefox for android and orbot. In addition, my stock browser apears work very well and, as expected, sites cannot identify my origin. I use a Droid X running Cyanogen Mod 7.

I was able to solve this problem by following these steps:
1 were going to about: config
2 entry "proxy" in the search field
3. change the following parameters:

 network.proxy.socks_port   9050
 network.proxy.socks_remote_dns   true
 network.proxy.type   1
```
4. close and restart Firefox

A user can also use the add-on Proxy Mobile of the Guardian project. The add-on changes these settings for you, but before this post, I had compatibility problems with the add-on to addons.mozilla.org so I tried to do it manually. I found the updated module (https://guardianproject.info/releases/proxymob-latest.xpi) and installed. You must always give the port numbers specified in 3 above.

Same material, cannot vmotion. Stops at 13% with a general system error occurred: invalid argument.

I have four IBM (now Lenovo) x 3550 M4 (7914AC1) hosts that have been purchased by groups of two, several months apart. Those purchased at the same time can vmotion between them but they cannot vmotion with those bought later OR with one of our older infrastructure (Nehalem IBM level - x 3650 M3, M3 x 3550, etc.). The most recent M4 can talk to the fine old hosts. Can I migrate invited powered down.
VMware support was not able to give any help on this matter and have lost instead of my time (including do not contact me for weeks and also current exit without changing to another engineer; manager failed in this regard, too).
I pulled the material apart - I can say it's all the same material (looks the same, has the same numbers and RUF). The machines were configured the same.
Firmware isn't exactly the same thing on the material but is VERY close. I have one of each generation updated with the same Xpresspacks of IBM, and so except for the image diagnosis of pre-start, I think that they are the same. I'll check this again once then.
VMware drivers are the same. They were not. They are now. I got 5.5 latest drivers for everything that I can find a driver for (including cards CF - using the driver Qlogic native VMware NICS (igb); approx 10 GB (not being use IGB but fact still); the provider CIM, MegaRAID controller. I used VUM update their last 5.5 (standard license) with all the patches. vCenter is a 5.5 vCSA was last updated. I went into the BIOS settings side-by-side and ensured that everything is the same. I did the same thing with everything I could think of in vSphere (found about 5 differences, but nothing fixed).
Management is the network of vMotion. It's on the same VLAN as one of those guests are on (the clients are spread over 5 different VLAN). VMware support put in place a different vSwitch for vMotion with no luck.
The symptoms are the same regardless of their orientation (old to the new, new to the former) and don't care about the type of virtual machine (Windows 2008R2, CentOS 5.5, RHEL 6.7) or at the level of the material (VM 10 or 7 VM). It also fails if it is standard or high priority or if it is with the web client or the Windows client.
The place with the most characteristic symptom that doesn't show anywhere in googleland except to the pastebin is in the file /scratch/log/hostd.log of the host. The host that sends the guest throws a vmsvc.vm error VMotionCmdCb [1461010590046389] 'a': error - 6: invalid argument.
If anyone else has seen this (obviously someone because it is on pastebin) and understood, please enlighten me.

11i Login page shows 'Error on Page' when you use IE 7
Hi DBAs,

I use Oracle 11.5.10.2 with DB 10.2.0.4 (Single Instance). EBS is on RUP6 and using the JDK 1.6.0_12.
I'm using Firefox and not getting not any question. I used the first time IE-7 (7.0.5x) to access the application. I noticed that by pressing the button "Login" on the Login Page, it has been said in the bottom left of the EI says "Error on page" and was not navigate to any page or did not perform any action.

I checked all services and everything was OK. When you use Firefox, I was able to navigate through the application without any problem.

Using IE 7, I am able to access

http://host.domain:8000/OA_HTML/fndvald.jsp?username=sysadmin &; password = sysadmin

Most of the stuff seems to work fine when recording using above URLS, but 'GO' buttons throwing same error in IE "error on page". Rest of the Bottons as "Browser Edit", "Edit Favorites" are working very well, but when I push the button 'Go' then IE error display on any Page. It seems to me that when the need for a button navigate to the next page then IE saying 'Error on page' but when a button do lunch a new page it works fine.

All responsibilities and links work properly. Navigation application using Firefox works quite well.

Looking for your advice and suggestions to solve the problem.
