W/Vista I do not find, install and configure the HP PSC 1200 series like on Windows XP utilities
On my HP Windows Vista laptop I can not install the corresponding HP, printing, copying and scanning utility as on Windows XP.
The Vista Gallery program supports the scan function. What seems absent, it's diagnosis and maintenance, such as the ability to calibrate the connected (via USB) HP PSC 1205.
I receive comments and help,
Mel

doubt Doc-ID 1618305.1 How to install and configure the user interface with WebCenter content 11.1.1.8.0 content
The portal_domain field contains;
AdminServer (admin) and Enterprise Manager, (port 7001)
IBR_server1, (port 16250)
UCM_server1, (port 16200)
WC_Spaces1, (port 8888).
On the same machine, I have another weblogic, admin and for the ITS.
The case is that continued to develop for the upgrade to the new skin WebCenter content.
That's my goal.
Then I did some research and came to the following notes in support.

To my UCM_Server1 content WebCenter.
As I already have a WebCenter content I have to follow the second part of the note
How to install and configure the UI content with WebCenter content 11.1.1.8.0 and 11.1.1.9.0 (Doc ID 1618305.1).
Install and configure content WebCenter ADF WebUI against WebCenter Content Server
Step 1) install the MDS schema
(Step 2), install the Weblogic Server
11 GR 1 material step 3) DOWNLOAD and install Oracle Application Development Framework (11.1.1.6.0) in the new WebUI WLS Middleware House, found here
Step 4) Download and apply Patch 16, 546 129.
Step 5) Download and apply Patch 16, 546 157.
Step 6) download and apply the Patch and then 19,469,801, 18,102,108 Patch
Step 7) copy the wccadf files in the field of user interface
Step 8) Oracle on demand services (MDS) metadata registry
Step 9) Place the WebCenter content domain user interface model
Step 10) run the Setup Wizard on the new home of Middleware WebUI to create the new domain
Step 11) updated the Oracle ADF of shared libraries
Step 12) start the domain WebUI administration server
Step 13) Save target Managed Server with the MDS repository and create the metadata partition
Step 14) start the server managed WebUI.
Step 15) associate UI WebCenter content to Content Server.
Step 16) reboot the WebUI ADF server managed.
Step 17 access the WebUI
Step 18) complete the Configuration of the workflow
Step 19) apply the latest Patch Bundle content UI of WebCenter
MY DOUBT IS:
To read the steps that I understood, to 19, with success, in the end, I will have an another WebLogic with a domain name and its respective EM.
I have two servers weblogic?
portal_domain (explained above) and a new wccui_domain wls and domain.
This fix it?
Two WLS to keep WebCenter portal and content, and other elements.
Because I'm not able to do with the WLS even where I UCM_server1 today?
Thanks for all suggestions and criticism.

Yes, up to 11.1.1.9.0, you will need to install a new wls House (new wls server admin) and then configure WCC ui there. User interface and COE will not work in the same field. You can have the portal and content under the same House of wls and install a new one for the user interface.
This is due to a problem with ADF and WCC libraries.
With 12 c, this dependence is not there, and you can install / configure all 3 (Portal, content and adf ui) applications on the same domain.

What computer privileges are required to install and apply the updates for Creative Apps clouds using Windows 7?
When you work for a company that controls the software installed on your computer, it is important to know if IT supports is necessary to install and apply the updates when updates are available.
It is important to know this information before you buy.

What role must be installed and configured the server MRS
Hi friends,
What is the role for the domain user account Windows is needed to install and configure the server MRS?
Should the area of employment must be the local administrator of Vcenter serere?
Thank you
Hello
According to the MIS Program administration guide, you must be administrator to install SRM.
In addition, my experience on Windows 2008 R2, you must click on the installer and choose "Run as Administrator", otherwise intallation process will be blocked.

Install and configure the Apache HTTP server plug-in
Hello
I use WL10.3 in a Linux machine.
I have an environment where I have one WL server in a domain which is deployed with the web application
And I have another area where I have two managed servers in a cluster that is deployed with the company.
Now, I want to configure Apache HTTP server to make it work as a proxy with the weblogic.
In my current scenario, the proxies of one seed server req in the cluster and that is defined in a jndi.properties.
Now, what should I do if I want to use the Apache
I have the following questions:
1 forget my env, generally how to install and configure Apache HTTP plugin?
I see that we have already seen libproxy_61.so file in /bea/wlserver_10.3/server/plugin/linux/i686
Do I need to install the patch even then as said in http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/security/wls-security/2793.html?
2. While am adding the lines in the httpd.conf file.
LoadModule modules/mod_wl_22.so weblogic_module
If I put ibproxy_61.so instead of mod_wl_22.so in this line?
3. While configuring the proxy server, balancing and session replication will be assured?
4. and for my setup, as stated at the beginning, a few lines, which may be the best architecture?
Your help is really appreciated.Hi Subh
1 so all external requests go to the single domain server with MoreWeb app. In this scenario, you don't need any additional Proxy Apache server. Because the basic concept of the Apache Web server is to route multiple applications on a cluster of managed servers. In your case, it is a single server, you don't need any additional Web front server. Now you have these EJB on another area that is clustered. I guess you use search standard JNDI to access the EJB. So, how do you make sure that only MoreWeb app requests are load balanced to the EJB. As each subsidiary request for EJB must go to MS1 and MS2 as robin in default mode. First request to MoreWeb need access EJB of MS1. Second request for MoreWeb need access EJB MS2 etc. This means in theory, you should have an Apache Web Server before the second area something like that. You have any servlet default weblogic cluster already deployed to the second area. Otherwise use that or care of apache in etc. Then in MoreWeb App when you search the EJB, make sure that you give the address Cluster and the direct port instead of the host/port MS1 or MS2. This Web server should in turn make the round robin for EJB on second domain clustered. When you get the InitialContext object instead of using empty default constructor as new InitalContext(), you may need to use something like InitalContext (aMap) new aMap corresponding to a hash table with the properties for the provider url, etc. etc. You can see the docs for more details. Here is the link for the EJB Clustering. See the section on EJBhttp://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E12840_01/WLS/docs103//cluster/load_balancing.html
Hope this helps

Do not know if Hugepages installed and configured the right to the CCR 11.2.0.2
OS: redhat linux 5
DB: 11.2.0.2
Cluster: 11.2.0.4
I hugepages SA helped, and it seems that a little weird for me the message in the alerts log:
Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
Huge information Pages *.
Huge pool of detected memory Pages (total: 21508 free: 21220)
Allocation of LTVDS Pages huge success (allocated: 20481)
***********************************************************
However, in 11.2.0.3 environment, I saw these formulations in the alerts log that seems normal to me:
Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
Large information Pages *.
Total shared global area in large Pages = 0 KB (0%)
Large Pages used by this instance: 0 (0 KB)
Large wide Pages unused system = 0 (0 KB) (alloc incr 128 MB)
Large Pages configured wide system = 0 (0 KB)
The Page Size = 2048 KB
RECOMMENDATION:
Total size of the shared Global area is 40 GB. For optimal performance,
before next restart of the instance, to increase the number
big unused Pages by atleast 20481 2048 KB large Pages (40 GB)
scale to get 100% of the Shared System
Global area allocated by using large pages
***********************************************************
I would really appreciate any entry here. The hugepages is configured right?
OK, this shows that huge Pages are configured and valid. I guess it's the first system with the 11.2.0.2 database.
A little back to the original question.
Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
Huge information Pages *.
Huge pool of detected memory Pages (total: 21508 free: 21220)
Allocation of LTVDS Pages huge success (allocated: 20481)
***********************************************************
This above is normal when the huge Pages are used by the instance.
This is what you see, when the huge Pages are not configured at the level of the BONE (your 11.2.0.3 environment):
Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
Large information Pages *.
Total shared global area in large Pages = 0 KB (0%)
Large Pages used by this instance: 0 (0 KB)
Large wide Pages unused system = 0 (0 KB) (alloc incr 128 MB)
Large Pages configured wide system = 0 (0 KB)
The Page Size = 2048 KB
In fact, if huge Pages have been set up at the level of the BONE, even if the instance has been said to not use them, he would still list the number of pages at the start, like this:
Large information Pages *.
Setting use_large_pages = FALSE
Large pages unused system wide = 10000 (20000 MB)
Large pages configured system wide = 10000 (20000 MB)
The large page size = 2048 KB
Note that the message has changed in 11.2.0.3 and later versions.

Steps to install and configure Node Manager on the local machine and remote
Hello
I'm using WLS 10.3 on Windows.
I did the following till now.
(1) installed WebLogic 10.3 on one machine (local computer, on which I created the field and my Server Admin is under execution. 1 managed server is also created on this machine).
(2) installed WebLogic 10.3 on computer B (remote computer, which Managed Server 2 will be created).
(3) on the machine, I used the Setup Wizard and create a domain. When creating the domain, I did the following:
(i) created two managed servers.
(II) create a cluster
(III) the servers assigned to regroup.
(IV) created two machines.
(v) the servers assigned to machines (Admin Server and MS_1 to the machine and MS_2 machine B).
(4) start Admin Server.
(5) on the administration Console, I made some configurations for the node Manager on Machines-> Machine A-> Node Manager. The assigned values:
(i) type (SSL)
(II) Address (ip_address machine A) listen
(III) listening port (5556)
(6) in the same way it did for Machine B.
So far, phsically the managed server (MS_2) directory and configuration is not there on the Machine B (its only configured on A computer because I created the field on computer A).
I went through the documents on the Node Manager and found what to configure. But I have not found what is the sequence of configuration.
Please let me know the sequence of steps I must follow to install and configure the Manager of nodes on the local and remote machine. I want to use Java Node Manager (not the Script node Manager).
Thank you
SanjayHello Sanjay
Basically if I understand your question, you have A machine where you had installed ""(permet de supposer admin serveur) and "VAS_MS1_A VAS_ADM_A" (lets assume the managed server.» And on the second machine B you want to create a managed server 'VAS_MS2_B' which must be controlled by node manager, so that you can start console, auto restart the managed server and perform other activities such as the migration of servers using nodemanager. If this is correct, this is the sequence of steps.
Since you say you are on windows, I start from the principle
WebLogic version 10'3
BEA_HOME:-c:\bea
WL_HOME:-C:\bea\wlserver_10.3
DOMAIN_DIR:-c:\VASDomainsMachine has
(1) install the BEA.
Using 2 Setup Wizard) create the domain under "c:\VASDomains".
(3) to start the Admin Server and connect to the console and create two machines "Machine_A" and "Machine_B". Select the types of machines as 'other '.
(4) once machines are created go to each machine and go to the tab 'NodeManager' and enter the details nodemanager.
(5) create server 'VAS_MS1_A' and 'VAS_MS2_B '. Enter the respective details. To "VAS_MS1_A", enter a machine name of host or ip and machine "Machine_A" and "VAS_MS2_B", enter the hostname of the machine B or ip and machine 'Machine_B '.Machine B
(1) on this machine install BEA
(2) then you have to register the machine with the Manager of nodes. So for this first set the environment go to "C:\bea\wlserver_10.3\server\bin" and run "setWLSEnv.cmd". Then type 'java weblogic. Enter the WLST", once you run this command at the next prompt Details ' connect ('', 'adminserverpassword','t3: / / adminserver:port" ")
(3) then run this command.
nmEnroll('c:/VASDomains','C:\bea\wlserver_10.3\common\nodemanager')Orders above fits machine with nodemanager. The first parameter is "domestic field", now if you see "c:\". ' directory 'VASDomains' will be created. Second parameter is nodemanager House, now if you go into nodemanager houses that some properties will be updated.
(4) If this node Manager runs on this computer, kill that one and restart the node Manager again.
(5) now if you go to "Adminconsole--> Machines--> Machine_B--> Monitoring" you can see the status as accessible.
(6) now you can go "Servers--> VAS_MS2_B--> Control" and start the server. Newspapers to see how the server gets up the tail.If you want more details on "nodemanager", dedicated to my 'vasweblogic.blogspot.com' blog, not a lot of messages but post nodemanager can help you.
I hope that's what you're looking for, have a nice day.

I need to re - install windows vista but can not find my disk
Gave up my old hard drive to the laptop and I need Windows vista but can not find my disc can I download it for free if so microsoft where any help would be great
Thank you very much, Nik
Hello
There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
Contact the manufacturer of your laptop and ask them to send a set of recovery disks.
They should do this for a small fee.
"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
See you soon

Wireless card not working after a clean install of Windows Vista
I did a clean install of Windows Vista Home Premium on my HP Pavilion of 32 bits. I've completely updated Windows via Service Pack 2. Given that the clean install, my wireless card, Intel (r) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, was not able to detect all the networks. The Wifi card is listed under NICs as being installed and activated. the hardware on my laptop Wifi switch is set on "on" and the light is blue, indicating that the card is working.
I can connect to the internet if I connect physically my computer to the modem with an ethernet cable wireless, so the modem isn't the problem. Other computers can connect to the wireless modem, so my Wifi modem functionality is not the problem. The problem with my computer.
I tried to uninstall the Intel driver and reboot my computer with the generic driver. Install the driver generic, but my wireless card has not always worked. I then ran an update of windows, nothing helps.
I tried to install the "Intel® PRO /? Wireless and WiFi Link"drivers for Windows Vista (32-bit 13.1.1.1 the latest version and the previous version 12.4.4.5 32-bit) for the Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN directly from the Intel Web site at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Wireless+Networking&ProductLine=Intel%C2%AE+WiFi+Products&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Wireless+WiFi+Link+4965AGN. The map didn't always work with a driver.
In addition to the pilots, I also downloaded a tool of diagnosis of Intel (Intel® PROSet /?) Utility of WiFi wireless connection for Windows Vista 32 -? Bit). Said diagnostic tool the WiFi card is not installed or enabled, however, Device Manager maintains that he is also installed and active.
Is there a problem that causes Device Manager to say that all is well with the card, but does not map to realize that they diminish the radio signals? Everything's fine, diagnostic, it just does not detect networks around him. Help, please.

I bought a "Windows Vista SP1 Upgrade disc" Wal-Mart and on the accident. I thought it was a full version, but turned out to be upgraded. How can I install this drive to upgrade on my computer if I do not already have an existing operating system?
You need a disk FULL/license to do a clean install, not an upgrade license.
Take it back to Wal-Mart and see if you can exchange it.
See you soon. Mick Murphy - Microsoft partner

my computer does not have an installed and configured wireless network adapter
I just installed a new hard drive on my computer of dell inspiron 1525. I am not very computer but I managed to do it and it works. I had a disc from dell to reinstall windows vista edition Home premium 32-bit and had drivers and utilities dvd. However, I can't connect to the internet. He always tells me that I have not installed and configured wireless network card. When I go into computer management, there is no network adapter. There are "other devices" which device base system list three times with properties that say that the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28) but it won't let you not reinstall drivers and to be honest, I don't even know what the "other devices". There is also an ethernet controller that says the same thing. A network controller and the properties say he has not configured corr. (code 1) but won allow you to install because windows cannot find the driver for the device. He says that if you know the FAB of the device, you can visit the site Web-manufacturer of this device? As you can see, I'm not very computer. So, how can I connect to the internet. I have Verizon wireless at home. Thank you.
well, I think that I thought about it. I right click on each of them separately, and I think I can have it now.
Thank you

Wireless network adapter is not installed and configured
I have recently re installed windows vista for my laptop dell inspiron 1545. I am not able to connect to wireless internet, it says that the wireless network adapter is not installed and configured. How do I install it and where can I get the wireless network adapter. I have a cd or anything for it. Thank you
You can get in trouble with your device drivers, firmware and/or software. Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears. Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white? These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else). Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips. If you need to get drivers (and you shouldget from Dell for the wireless adapter at all you have time to do - they can help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates). In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows:http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/. Follow these steps to get the drivers: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/ht/driverdlmfgr.htm. Once you have the drivers, you can install them via the Manager device as follows:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-device-manager-install-driver.html. > http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244617.
The adapter is inside the laptop. You don't need to do something with it to install it. Install the drivers, firmware or software for it and your version of Vista from Dell (all that apply) "install". You must then go to start / Control Panel / Network and sharing Center and configure the adapter with the appropriate parameters and to establish the appropriate network connections. This will take place in settings required by your ISP, and maybe your router or modem (so you may need to contact them if you don't know the settings).

'This computer does not have an adapter installed and configured wireless' error
Hello
Until recently I used a USB 3 G of Orange to connect to the internet. However, I just moved into an apartment where there is wireless via a router and I cannot pick up wireless. When I go to 'Connect To' I got the error message: "this computer has an adapter wireless installed and configured. I tried various methods to solve this problem based on other topics of the forum, but nothing seems to work.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1.
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
Thank you very much
Adam
Go to the device under network adapters Manager see if your wireless network does not work properly or activated, usually a peripheral disorder has a yellow exclamation point in front of her.
Also check your switch wireless if his, mine has a blue light when it is on and red when off.
I hope I could help
