Waiting on a device of work since Thanksgiving

I tried to process an RMA since Thanksgiving, but have not yet received a working device. I received 2 RMA from Motorola that did not immediately work out of the box and I am currently waiting to receive my third RMA. Motorola received the device more recent return 1/6 and again, I receive my replacement. I tried to contact support, but they don't seem to have a lot of information about my other case that I have to continue to wait. From what I can tell, Motorola is out of the RMA and have since begun to send promo codes so that new orders can be placed. If so, is there someone who can help me get an out on-board? Thank you in advance.

    Sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere but I searched and could not find an answer the applies to my particular situation.

    I have a Z10 on Bell who got an automatic update this morning (I have no note of my operating system version number or the version that I was updating to) and the phone is locked to the prompt "Please wait while your device is the software update and restart."  Update messages said it would take a lot of time and that I should connect my phone if it was less than 20% of battery.

    The Bell's Web site indicates that the version of the software is 10.3.2.2168 and the latest version of the OS is 10.3.2.2252.  I don't know how many times this site is updated, but I guess that's the version that I am trying to update?

    The phone is not fixed... I can see messages turn on the lock screen and interact with the phone to get a glimpse of these messages, but if I try to unlock the phone, the message block appears above any function, I tried to launch (whether a text message, the camera, an email, etc) and I can't interact with the phone at that time otherwise than to lock again and open the lock screen up.

    At the time wherever I drag, the prompt.

    The prompt on the phone for about 6 hours now.  The battery was full this morning and had exhausted 70%, but I've since plugged.

    I have not tried a batt pull because I'm afraid of the consequences of this action after the launch of the update.

    Everyone knows this and had the phoen back? I know that 6 hours is well past any reasonable wait times in my books and was strongly tempted to restart the device... but is there here experts who recommended that I continue to wait?

    I forgot to mention that the power button was still working to give the ability to power off the unit.

    In the end, I couldn't wait any longer.  I put off the device "no risk" with the power button, rather than using the battery pull method.  I turned on the camera back later and the blackberry logo appeared.  The screen faded faded black and no lights appeared on the phone.

    I could hit to swipe down to get the blackberry logo to return to the screen, but no startup loading progress screen never wouldn't come.

    I could never get to the home screen, but the phone was actually 'ON' below.  I could call the phone and it should sound, but there is no visual indication that the phone was working and there was no way to respond.  Sliding down to unlock simply revealed the word "blackberry" in the middle of the screen.

    I did a Batt pull and this time, the logo appeared as before, but disappeared forever... and then the progress of boot screen appear.

    The words 'from 10 Blackberry OS' were visible on the bottom and rotate it beween this and "install updates".

    Start-up took a LOT of time (15-20 minutes?) but after that, everything was fine.

    Displayed software update version information and it is indeed updated to 10.3.2.2168.

    Since you upgraded to Windows 7 have you run Upgrade Advisor and verify with the

    You probably need to reload the drivers of the device and the camera'IF' control software
    There is for Windows 7.

    Login as an administrator.

    Control Panel - Device Manager - Imaging - write down of the brand and the model of camera - double
    Click on it and on the tab of the driver is version. Now, click on update drivers (who cannot do anything
    that MS is far behind the drivers of certification). The RIGHT CLICK on the camera - UNINSTALL-
    REBOOT - it will refresh the driver stack.

    Now, go to the system manufacturer's website and download the latest driver of the camera and other partners
    the camera software (if not more recent get the same).

    Download - SAVE - go to them and RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN - reboot after each driver.

    Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

    If there are no Windows 7 drivers:

    You can try loading the latest driver available in Compatibility Mode which sometimes
    work however, it isn't anywhere near a sure thing.

    Exhausted all other methods in the Troubleshoot utility above before trying these.

    Logon as ADMINISTRATOR for all of them.

    You can try Compatibility Mode but this rarely works on the device drivers.

    Right click on the driver executable (.exe) file - select Compatibility Mode

    In the drop-down menu choose XP or Vista and Service Pack (if it is the version

    It will take a little time to respond.

    If it does not (error) use the full path to the driver, for example (which can be used

    Since we do not know what may have suggested to Jim, power cycle your router and the printer and force restart the iPad. Unplug the router and the printer power for 30 seconds. Plug in the router first and let it restart. And then reconnect the printer power supply. Then force restart the iPad. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

    Original title: Question of an another XP FP3 Kmixer...

    Help!  A few weeks ago my failure at startup.  XP Home Edition, SP3.  Has not worked since.  Here's what I know...

    The volume has disappeared.  If I try to start the Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/volume control, I get "there no active mixer devices".  My video controller (with answering machine) Fax and GOM player complained of no audio device.  They all worked before.

    If it's a virus, Windows Defender and Norton are both deceived.  I'm always worried about that though.  Diversion of the audio start would be a good disguise, although it would be quite wrong.

    If I go to the tab panel configuration/sounds and Audio devices / Volume, 'No audio device', Audio tab, no device, all the fields in the device in gray.  Impossible to select a device.

    Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager / sound, video and game controllers.  Double-click SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio.  "This device is functioning correctly.  Click on 'properties tab/Mixer devices, double-click "SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio", "Driver is enabled but not started".

    Control Panel, administrative tools, Services, Windows audio is started, its dependencies, Plug-and-Play and CPP began, although they were not when I first looked, I've changed that.

    I've disabled the integrated audio chipset and installed a sound card, the same question, drivers loaded, material seems functional but not started.

    Returned to the integrated audio system, reloaded drivers, no help.

    I tried to launch the utility that recovers damaged system files from the installation disk.  My machine is in SP3, my installation disc is older.  He tried to retrieve a number of them from the CD, but could not.

    I've tried doint a repair from CD, could not do either.

    It seems to me that the system knows the sound card is there, but did not start the drivers and it offers optional as an audio device?

    Here's the bootlog.  I'm no expert, but I do not see Kmixer from.  Probably to other audio stuff as well, seeing that the way in which the sound recording and MIDI are also grey.

    Anyone know what is supposed to be from the audio and could simply stop doing?

    YouTube now also blocks.  Probably because the audio is not playing?  Probably just an effect or the same cause.

    Help!
