  image as .jpg format... you will need to print it out and write about it
  manually.

  To create a form that can be edited in a word processor such as Microsoft
  Word for example... you need to scan with OCR (Optical Character
  Recognition software).

  Microsoft Document Scanning... for example... who with
  Microsoft Office would be a good choice.

When I shared the document with HP ePrint app I still need the size of A4 paper in the ePrint application.  You check the settings of the application as well as Polaris ePrint?

  My apologies, I didn't know that your prints come out in blue print when you have a totally black cartridge. It is a problem of print quality with the printer or something in the settings of your computer.

  We had for Christmas the HP OfficeJet 4500 G520g.  He tells me to connect the all-in-one to the computer with the included USB cable.  I looked through everything that came out of the box and there was no USB cord.  I can't use the modem cable to connect.  I need a USB cord.  What can we do about it?  I don't want to have to go buy something separately that was supposed to be included.

  I tried today with a Deskjet 1050 (the driver is basically the same).

  To change the print quality settings, you must click Preferences, then click paper quality / tab and you will see media. Change as a result of regular paper, Fast project quality - plain paper, normal quality and so on.

  The following radio buttons are disabled and will always look like Normal quality is selected, but you will notice the change in quality and print speed when you change the settings as shown above.
