WANT 5530: claim code

My 5530 WANT prints make the page your printer, but there is no claim code

Hi k336,.

If it had rained for 24 hours, you will need to print a new page of information for a new claim code. With some printers, the claim code is the number and the characters before @hpeprint.com. For example, if your page of information has an email like this address: [email protected], abc234vbn3434 would be the printer application code.

Go to the code of print requestfor more information.

Let me know if this helps. :-)

    Hi all

I put my HP printer with ink instant before and that's why, my printer currently has instant cartigdes of HP ink inside. However, I cancelled my registration for a while and I would like to implement a plan of education again and I need a code of request to be printed by ePrint. However, it says "Cartidge can be used until the printer is registered with ink HP moment" and so I can not get my claim code to register my printer because my cartridges need to be connect to a snapshot of HP ink plan.

    It all sounds very complicated!

Is there another way I can get a claim code?

    Hi @ac96,

If you are in the United States, you can call the instant support of ink to the 1-855-785-2777 Office. If you are not in the United States, go to www.instantink.com to find the number of support for your country. You must be disconnected (e) Web site to see support options.

Alternatively, you can try the following steps:

    1. On your HP ink instant account page, click on register another printer.

    Hi Sonicoffee,

You need get the ink cartridges before the printer can be set up.

New printers should come with cartridges.  You can go back to where you bought your printer or buy cartridges online.

  • Don't receive the claim code

I want to register my 1102w Web Service laser jet printer to print my documents remotely, but does not receive the code.
How can I get this code at the entrance to the system when I get the question on: "enter here your request."
Where and how do I get this code?

    Hi Agreeks,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I see you want to learn how to set up your printer, Laserjet P1102w ePrint service.

The printer must be connected to your wireless network before we can get the printer application code. I've included the document to the printer on a wireless network . Different operating systems have their own section. Please, click on the section for your operating system and follow the steps to connect the printer to your wireless network.

Once you have the printer connected to your wireless network, it must confirm that the printer has the latest firmware. I've included the Getting the latest Firmware and updates document that will guide you through how to check and how to do the update if one is necessary.

Now let's get the printer application Code. This document will guide you through how to get the web services information sheet which will claim code. After completing the worksheet, you can then follow the steps setting upward a Custom Email address for ePrint so that the address of electronic mail of the ePrint printer easier to remember.

Please let me know how it goes.

  • Cannot get the claim code and restore Apps

I have an Officejet Pro 8600. I managed to install the printer and print the claim code and linked to my account. For some reason when I log into my account it shows not the printer. Also when I go into Control Panel, I can not access all the menus via the icon "eprint" or the "apps". I get the error message is "the eprint feature has been disabled" and "the Apps feature has been disabled. I can't turn them on and I cannot print another application code to connect the printer to my account.

This is the funniest! I can always send an email to the printer and it prints!

Any ideas that I am totally lost on this one and want to go back on these characteristics.

    Thanks in advance

    ADE

    Hi Deeperdown,

Thank you for the information, it is much appreciated.  Your statement of "service is disabled and contact the administrator" is very informative.

Could you please check your administrator settings in the built-in web server (EWS) for the printer? There is an administrator setting that allows to disable web services.  If you do not know how to access the built-in Web server steps lie in your on page 232 user guide in the section titled "to open the built-in web server".

Once you have the Web integrated server open please click the 'Settings' tab then click on "Administrator settings" in the left side menu (see screen capture below).

That should bring up a page similar to the screenshot below.  Please ensure that the Web Services, ePrint, and Apps all have.

Once those who are turned on, please turn your printer off, wait 15 seconds and then turn on the printer.  You should now be able to access the web services menu and get your back ePrint.

  • How can I fnd my claim code and the reprint of the web services information sheet

Hi, I have a HP Deskjet 3520 and try to put in place the eprint.  I read the suggestions on the forum and the FAQ but I can't locate the web services information sheet I need to reprint for claim code.

Could not find anything under Printer Control Panel either. Please advise!

    Thank you!!

    Hi Chris88,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I appreciate that you try to configure the ePrint on your Deskjet 3520 printer feature.

If you have the inkjet printer Deskjet 3520 with a C8994 product number this printer does not have the ePrint service.  The Deskjet 3520 printer only has USB connection and ePrint to function the printer must have an independent internet connection through a wireless or a wired ethernet network.  I've included the specifications of the printer for your reference.

If you have the e-all-in-one printer Deskjet 3520 then we obtain the claim code.  You can request the information sheet of web services from the front panel of the printer, and there the claim code printed in blue. Instructions on how to get it can be found in the section titled "to print a document using ePrint' in your on page 15 user's guide.  Please follow the instructions in step 1.

  • HP Deskjet 2549: I pressed the icon e-print web on my HP Deskjet 2549, but I can't get the claim code. Help!

Same as above... I can't find my code request... where should I go? On my phone, where? No idea at all. Please help me ASAP!

    Hello

There is no claim code for this printer. The claim codes are used to set up ePrint (the ability to send content to your printer) and web services are needed for this - your printer is not active ePrint.

You can however print wirlessly from your mobile phone using the instructios I've included below:

The simplest is to print wireless from your mobile device to download the HP eprint app and make sure that your printer and devices are connected to the same network wifi - once the operation is finished, you will be bale to print wireless from the eprint app.

You can also use direct funtion wireless to your printer by turining on the button on the front of the printer wireless. This allows to generate the printer it's own singal wifi that you can connect through any wireless device. To find the wireless password, simply hold the direct wireless for more than 3 seconds and it will display the password on plain paper (make sure that the paper is loaded).

Let me know if you have problems with the installation.

  • claim code for HP Photosmart 8550

Is it possible to join HP connected to this printer?  If so, how do you get a claim code?

    Hi Alfred13,

I see that you have a question about the implementation of ePrint on your printer.  Can't stand not the 8550 Photosmart Hp's ePrint.

So, you will not be able to add a printer to your connected Hp account.

  • claim code

I followed the instructions to print the claim code for my PhotoScan 6520 but the printed page does not contain the code, just the email address assigned - of ideas? FYI, I got this printer from a parent who had used it before-, which could be the problem? Here in any case get a code clain, so that I can print remotely. Thank you!

Thanks for the quick response - by using the current e-mail name n "t work, but removoing, then wireless as you reset the describe caused the print to print a page with a request code, so I used that and was able to save my printer, so fix you my problem! I appreciate your help.

  • HP Deskjet 3050 (J610) - can not find the claim code

I have a HP Deskjet 3050 J610 Series. I searched the support site of HP and may not know how to configure my ePrint printers. My ePrint printer turned on?

There is no instructions that correspond to my machine on this site:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03550536

I found a video on the "HP Deskjet 3050 a" but it was very different from the standard 3050. My printer is set up wireless and I am able to print from my Android smartphone, but only if I am connected to the same wireless network.

I have the impression that with a connected HP account and my claim Code printers, I can print from my smartphone using the Google Cloud from anywhere, I have access to the internet. I can't find my printers claim anywhere Code. I can print the HP Network Configuration Page in the menu on my printers Control Panel wireless, but it looks nothing like the page in the video.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello

The series HP Deskjet 3050 (J610) do not support the ePrint and therefore does not claim any code.

The printer Deskjet 3050 a Series (J611) supports such a, your printer is not.

You can view this document as a reference, the printer does not support Web Services and only allow printing via the local network:
