• Printer and Apple device ceased to communicate.

  This is a post for members who have an apple device, who worked previously with their printer and nowhere, they have stopped working.  They are now no longer able to AirPrint.  Here are some basic steps to take to the printer and the Apple device on the rails. The following steps assume that the hads printer paper in the tray, and the printer, the device and the router are with the correct range / distance or in the same room.

  2. If it still does not, make sure that they will not get out of sync. Turn off the router, printer, and device from Apple. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Turn off the router. You will need to pull the power cord out of it, because many routers do not have a power switch.
  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button. Then turn off the Apple device by holding the sleep/wake button (on top when the home button is down) until a Red slider appears on the screen. Once the slider appears, move the slider to the right to turn the unit off.
  • Wait a minute then turn the router on the 1st, and wait until all the lights on the router are back on.
  • Then turn the apple device and printer.
  • Once everything is back on and functioning, try to print.

  I have a HP Envy 4500 home and signed up for the moment of ink.  Works very well and I was hoping for a similar arrangement for my daughter who has just started at the University.  It seems that there are problems with the HP Envy 4500 connection to University share wireless networks.  I was wondering if the following scenario would work:

  1. his computer is connected to the printer via the USB port
  2. the printer is connected to a hotspot wifi on iPhone (his phone is already connected to wifi University)

  This work of the printer relay information support to HP for the purpose of instant ink?

  I get the print cartridge cannot move. I can move it freely, and when the printer starts the move cartridge but not when printing. I cannot detect paper jams and removed the cartridges and installed it again. I was in the middle of printing several pages when this error came. I updated the software and restarted the printer several times without success. It is fixed on my own or I need to find a repair shop?

• Want to 4500 printer all-in-one: new software and drivers for HP Envy 4500

  Hello, I bought this printer on 1 October and installed on my laptop Windows 10. My question is I noticed there was a series of printer e-all-in-one HP ENVY 4500 full feature software and drivers, version 32.3, filename: EN4500_198.exe which was released on November 12, 2015. Should I download and install this because I've had since October 2015 printer? If so do I have to do something after the installation to keep my printer working correctly on my WIFI wireless? Thanks in advance for any help that I couldn't find out how call HP to ask this question.

  1. Turn off the printer and the iPad.
  2. While the iPad and the printer are turned off, unplug the power cord at the back of your router for a minute.
  3. When the lights come back on the router, turn the printer and the iPad on again once.

• Want to 4500 All in One Printer: Envy 4500 and Photo paper

  Recently, I tried to use my 4500 want to print photographs, using HP Premium Plus Photo paper. Each attempted printing resulted in the printer telling me that there is a paper jam. I would open it upwards, remove the paper (which has never been really stuck - just looks like he started getting into the printer and stopped) and try again... Paper jam. I don't have the paper in the tray - went out my plain paper. I am able to print correctly on plain paper, but it won't take photo paper. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

• Windows 8 and want to 4500 using Adobe Reader printing problems

  I have a laptop HP Pavilion (July 2013) with the dreaded Windows 8 and HP ENVY 4500 printer (November 2013). I will have questions, a booklet for printing Adobe Reader that displays only a few pages, and then the print job is canceled. I also noticed that a blue dialog box comes up saying an error has occurred and can not print, added to that, I now leave the printer in standby because another blue dialog box used to say that the printer is offline and I couldn't get it back in line without uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer. I have installed and uninstalled Adobe Reader X 1 and also the Adobe Reader X and I have also installed and uninstalled the printer about 6 times.

  The strange thing is that the same pdf file will appear as a brochure when I use my old Pavilion laptop (Circa 2009) which has Vista as the o/s.

  Anyone know how to solve the problem?

  I read your post and see that you are not able to print a booklet from Adobe.

  I'll be happy to help you.

  You use the downloaded full feature software or driver Windows preinstalled?

  Here's the URL for the HP ENVY 4500 e-all-in-one printer drivers.

  Select the operating system, and then click Next.
  Click on driver - product Installation software and download the drivers.

  You can try and set it to print a picture to see if it will work.

  Go to file, print, click on the Advanced button and select print as Image.

  Run all updates from Adobe. Updates.

  Here is a URL to temporarily turn off all the start up programs to see if one of them is causing problems.

  How to change Windows 8 start programs.

  Temporarily disable the Antivirus software.

  Try to print again.

  You must follow the same steps to reactivate all the and turn on the Antivirus software.

  Thank you for reaching out to the communities of Apple. I definitely want to have my Apple music in correct language so I want to know what I'm listening. You want to first try to reboot your device and to force the closure of the music app. If those who do not resolve the problem, you can try a few resets. If you do not already have a backup, please make a backup of all your data in iTunes or iCloud.

  Next, we want to reset all settings.

  Reset all settings: tap Settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This resets all settings including the Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell settings, VPN and the parameters that you used before APN, Touch ID and a password, any installation of cards in Apple pay and removes the restrictions. This removes all personal data, such as music or photos.

  If the problem is still not resolved, you can try to restore the backup that was made before you, French language change initially.
