  A version update of iOS 9.2.1 is out to solve a problem with error 53 and replaced the sensors contact ID - if your phone is already on iOS 9.2.1 is without doubt the old version of it, not a new.   First, disconnect all the external devices connected to the computer, and then try to start and check what is happening.
