  Let me know what happens if you copy files from the USB on your desktop, then open it in Reader.

  If the error persists, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > Preferences > (protection) "and see if that helps.

  I'm trying to load a new purchase of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premiere elements 10 on a new computer running Windows 7 32-bit operating system.  The computer does not recognize the Instalation disk and bad shooting Microsoft said that burned with unknown Format disc.  The same disc read on an old Windows XP computer.  This is a first time loading software.  Any help with this problem?
