  HP girlfriend will no longer surf the Internet. It's a dv6408ca Pavilion laptop. We have hit our heads with Bell Canada tent to set up Internet, then thought to implement my dv6825ca instead...

  When you open option networks make sure airplane mode is set to OFF, Wi - Fi on IT and I guess that your WLAN is also in the list.

  Please check in the WLan settings if the TCP/IP protocol settings are set to automatic.

  Usually, the WLan router supports a range of IP addresses and assigns an IP address to the laptop of the range of IP addresses.

  You can find this setting here:
  ->-Connection network WLan-> properties > network connections (TCP/IP) Internet Protocol-> properties

  Also, check if your WLan encryption settings are right!

  I am owner of a fee of xoom tablet. I am very happy with the product, however, I seem to be unable to make connection to the internet using my SIM card mobile broadband Vodaphone Australia. When the card is inserted and no table of tha avaiable Wi - Fi seems to be connected to the Vodafone 3 G (lower right corner), but I am not able to browse the internet, or what I can any other activity requiring internet access. The message I see says:

  At this point, I don't know if there is something wrong with my setting xoom tablet or I should take this issue with Vodafone Australia. I use same SIM card on my laptom and it all works.

• Router WRT160N - Macbook Pro can connect but not Internet

  For some reason any my macbook pro can no longer access the internet wirelessly through my WRT160N. It works very well through a cable connected. I can even connect to the wireless router - full signal and get only one ip address, but it does not connect to the internet - via my browser - I get "cannot find server" and "internet connection doesn't seem to work." Or other applications that use the internet don't work.

  There are two ways to achieve this. If you want your users to use their local ISP gateway, you will want to configure the tunneling split for the customer group. Split tunneling is configured on the router and identifies which networks should be protected by the tunnel. Alternatively, you can tunnel all traffic from the client to the hub router when connected and set up hairpin of routing for Internet access. Here's the configs to sample from each.

  I used Idea_gprs to the Internet on my mobile galaxy s2. But when I attached mobile with my laptop via wifi hotspot mobile it shows yellow mark means no internet connection.   What do you mean by "just not my router? Do you mean that you do not have
  see same SSID of your own router (network name) in the list of available
  wireless networks? If so, connect to your router with an Ethernet cable,

  broadcast its SSID, and you don't see it well be able to see the other

  Vostro 1000 suddenly wife last night would not connect to the internet. She said AVG found a virus and it has restarted and can print to network printer but cannot display the Page and does not connect Outlook Express.

  I tried everything I can think of. Tried to restorting to different day etc and said cannot do.

  There the 1390 Wireless Dell WLAN Mini Card.

  I tried to reboot in safe mode with network and the card would not work.

  I can pink network without problem.

  We are on ATT DSL using a Modem cable 2. (HG B 2700). my Dell Inspiron works great on the network, like the desktop computer.

  Firewall is disabled and removed the security of the network at the moment.

  I recently updated my iPhone 5 iOS to 9.2.1 and confronted to this wifi problem.

  To ANY wifi network, even after having connected and authenticated successfully, I get no internet access. Open a browser, I see an error "unable to connect to the Internet.

  I tried 3 different wifi connections and I face the same problem. (Haven't checked the internet works on the Wifi for other devices, including my laptop)

  I tried to forget the network and return home, reboot the iPhone several times. Do not reset the network settings and lose some 25 + WiFi password that I saved on my device.

  Note: the wifi never worked for me after this Upgrade.

  Try going to settings-> General-> Reset-> reset the network settings.
  It's the only way you will fix the problem probably.

  Yes, I had the same issue and have also windows 7. Here's what I did to remedy.

  1. go to your Start menu and in the search the bottom type in cmd menu.

  2. right click on cmd at the top of the menu, and then click "Run as Administrator". A black box should appear.

  3. type netsh winsock reset. It should invite you to restart your computer.

  4 restart your computer and then open itunes again.

  I did and now my itunes is on the rise and running and connection to the store. I hope this helps!

  I rented a House and do not have access to the modem. I have a 2 year old HP laptop. When I connect to the internet it says connection to the internet and internet access. then, when I try to watch a video or anything of that kind, a yellow error sign appears in the signal at the bottom bar. It then says connected without internet access!

  Why is it that / is there a way to fix it? I need to start the work of the school and it does on every 10 minutes and I have to disconnect and reconnect!
