The following error, which never happened to me before, started happening to me on the afternoon of 2016-06-02:
The iTunes store cannot process the purchases at the moment, please try again later.
The above error happened on my iOS iPhone 6s 9.3.2 running and my PC Windows 10 (fully patched) as soon as I tried to download some applications updated via the 'Update' tab on the iTunes Apps 12.4.0.119 page.
Since it has * NEVER * happened before * AND * it happens on two different devices using two different networks, I hope it is a temporary problem with the Apple servers.
1. everyone knows of this issue before?
2 - is a question related to the Apple server that had nothing to do with your devices?
3. how long took for Apple to fix their server so that you can resume the download of applications (news or updates to existing ones)?

I run MDS firstly, it seems well, window is open. But when I run the Simulator, in my case 8300. I get error when you try to access any web resource: unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later.
I've initially tried to do this on win7 and moved to xp, which solved my problem of MDS, but I still can't get networking funciton on the Simulator. All that I'm missing? Need to make
Had, it works with the help of Michael on StackOverflow.
On Win7.
(1) uninstalled java and things bb.
(2) fresh installed JDK 6 with the SDK
(3) path added to jdk/bin to the path environment variable
(4) downloaded Simulator runing 4.2 os No 4.5
(5) installed MDS and Simulator in folder BlackBarry under C: /, runing administrator installation
(6) powershell started as an administrator
(7) sailed to MDS folder via powershell run.bat and executed
8) sailed to BB Simulator via powershell folder and run 8300.bat (downloaded 8300 simulator)

I downloaded Blackberry email and MDS Services 4.1.4 and the Blackberry 9630 Simulator Simulator. I'm testing a blackberry asp.net application I have running on a test server using the blackberry Simulator.
I have windows XP box. When I try to run the SDM Service, it runs without error, but acquire it on the site - http://www.blackberry.com/go/mobile - error saying above message - unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. How can I solve this problem, I tried to use full qualified names in the config file.

When you use the BlackBerry 9630 Smartphone Simulator, you may need to change its default connection settings in order to provide network connectivity. The reason why because the 9630, being a world phone, supports different types of network technologies and a configuration change may be needed to make it work with the MDS Simulator - CS.
1. from the home screen, click the 'manage connections '.
2. a popup window opens, select "Mobile Network Options '.
3. in the options screen, ensure that the following field values are defined:
- Data services = 'On '.
- Network selection mode = "auto".
- Technology network = "1XEV".
4. close the 'mobile network options' screen to save the changes
9630 smartphone Simulator should now have network connectivity.

Trying to load the printer driver for HP DeskJet 990c on Win7 64-bit (Intel i7 - 2640M). All online sources, including HP say pilot is available by clicking on "Windows Update" in the install printer driver dialog box. In doing so, always get message "Windows could not obtain the list of devices from Windows Update, please try again later".
Windows Update is set to "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them".Downloaded and extract full X 86 driver catalog (X 86 - all - 4189_1228a7cf7b1aac21346b20cb6e21db409dde9e72.cab) from the Windows Update site http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspxcatalog. 'Disc', stated in the dialog of the printer driver install and selected prnhp001. Please log out of the App Store and reconnect. Try to update again. If there is no change, you can try to update an application that has been purchased (or free downloaded for free) using an another Apple ID check your purchase history to see if the app is included. If it isn't, you will have either to connect with the ID used to buy it, or remove it and buy it again - and Yes, you will have to pay again.

I have windows xp 32-bit. I have a LifeCam VX-1000. I do not have the CD, but when I plugged it the first time, Microsoft Wizard found the driver and installed it without a problem.
Ran fine for 2 months, then I plugged it in today, I got the "new hardware found". First OFF... what happened to the driver? I have not installed anything new. And then, it will not re-intsaller driver.
