Warranty for Alu 2 500 GB StorE

Never needing support for my Toshiba products before I'm lost trying to find how can I RMA my drive of 500 GB Toshiba Store Alu 2, who died on me.
Also, I don't have the drive and the cable on the left, I put the box in a cell he came in original and literature. Is this ok or go to go against an RMA number?

I m sorry to hear cela, but talk to a service provider authorized in your country. Guys can check your HARD drive and send you a replacement. It will be free if your HARD drive is under warranty. They can help you.

    Generally, all laptops are covered by the standard warranty for 1 year.
    If you register on the page of Toshiba notebook, you will get one year additional warranty (2 years altogether).
    I think that's what you see on the page of Toshiba.

    I think that you can extend the warranty also.

    I bought a F-50 from Toshiba to Saudi Arabia. He has a 3-year international warranty.

    Yes it's true. Warranty covers the battery always one long year.
    It s any manufacturer will ask you; all batteries are covered under warranty for one year.

    I recently bought a store TV 500 GB here in South Africa.

    The device works perfectly on AV and HDMI, am very happy with it. Except some AVI files that I have that I can play on my PC/Laptop do not play on the TV via the HDMI or AV connection store?

    I guess that the AVI files do not match the specifications of the store? If I convert to MP4, what are the best settings, size, encoding format etc. should I use? I use a program called Handbbrake.

    Try to convert these files in other formats supported to see how it will work.

    Batteries are normally classified as consumables and generally covered only for 1 year standard regardless of warranty for the system.
