Warranty for laptop

NEW HP15-G020DX, bought 12/23 2014. from Best Buy.

Computer laptop blue screening, will be not updated.

Best buy States guaranteed HP is ONLY material and if errors are related software, I have to pay THEM FOR REPAIR?

Laptop is ONLY a little more than 1 month, and best buy will not refund purchase for 15 days.

Don't not HP covers EVERYTHING with their products?

ANY help will be appreciated.

    I see that you have some questions about your warranty. As a general rule, disassemble the laptop will void the warranty, but it does not hurt to contact HP Total Care at 1-800-474-8636 in North America or visit this link outside of North America to see what they say.

    Operating system will not void your warranty, but HP will not be able to support all the operating system that you are installing. Only in the case out of the damage on your device may void your warranty.

    Batteries are normally classified as consumables and generally covered only for 1 year standard regardless of warranty for the system.

    The warranty will only be for the rest of the equipment of systems; Reference Dell will replace for example, motherboard, hard drive, processor, screen, charger if they fail. These can be expensive for the user to the source and manually replace.

    Generally, all laptops are covered by the standard warranty for 1 year.
    If you register on the page of Toshiba notebook, you will get one year additional warranty (2 years altogether).
    I think that's what you see on the page of Toshiba.

    I think that you can extend the warranty also.

    I bought a F-50 from Toshiba to Saudi Arabia. He has a 3-year international warranty.
    But last month my battery or my adapter (No. Clue which one it is) started acting weird. I mean my battery charges to 60-65%.

    Yes it's true. Warranty covers the battery always one long year.
    It s any manufacturer will ask you; all batteries are covered under warranty for one year.

    The problem for you can be against accidental damage coverage must be purchased for, I believe, within 90 days of the purchase of the system.  As you have purchased a system of "open box", I don't know if this is even possible, best ask the store where you bought if they had bought a demo System, it should be possible for you to buy both.
