  The problem is most likely an attempt to update a system malfunction prior it is probably a problem with your computer, not the El Capitan.

  Start by:

  Reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

  MacIntel: Reset of the controller (SMC) system management

  Start in Safe Mode , and then re - start normally. It's slower that a normal start, so be patient.

  If you are unable to start;

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Please make sure that you back up.

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after that the chime hold down the command and R until the Utility Menu appears.
  2. Select disk utility, then click on the continue button.
  3. Select the withdrawal (usually Macintosh HD) entry of the volume in the list aside.
  4. Click first aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the button is active, then click it.
  5. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  6. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  If this doesn't get you;

  Install Yosemite or El Capitan, from scratch

  Backup if possible before proceeding.

  Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the command and R buttons until the Apple logo appears. When the Utility Menu appears:

  Select utility disc in the Menu Utility, then click the continue button.

  When loading disk utility, select the volume (entered into withdrawal, usually Macintosh HD) from the list of devices.

  Click Delete in the main window of disk utility. A panel will fall.

  Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled).

  Click on the apply button, then wait for the done button to activate and click on it.

  Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.

  Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  You can connect otherwise?  USB or FireWire or love at first sight?  You can connect both machines and start the one you want to transfer to target disk mode.  If your other machine is up and running with an account on it and you just want to move files, you can simply drag and drop the FRO the machine mounted TDM, or you can use the migration wizard.

  Or, if the other machine still starts and runs, you can start both computers and connect to the same wifi network and share the hard drive like machines on the network.  Access them in the finder on the new machine files and drag-and - drop, or use the wizard migration, on wifi.

  To transfer an Adobe software , you have to make sure that it is disabled on your old computer.

  If the old license is disabled, but still does not accept the serial number on the new system, you will need to contact Adobe customer service in your region to solve that, they are really the only ones who have the power to fix the licensing issues.

  Since your iSight webcam works up to the time that your Mac goes to sleep, I would like you to start please help desk trying to replicate this problem then to reboot in safe mode:

  1. Choose the Apple menu > shut down.

  2. After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

  3. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

     You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

  4. Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

  To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

  Hi all, I have recently been faced with a problem hindering my Macbook Pro 13-inch mid-2012. I was using my computer - as I do regularly - watch videos, listen to music, play video games, etc. (the usual activities of the summer), and my computer seems slow down suddenly. The videos are now restless and I have to wait an excruciatingly long time to load. He is fighting same - showing the Rainbow ball of death - when I open a new finder window or a tab on Google. Start the system also takes at least twice as long as he had done before. So I went looking for a solution to the problem. I updated my computer to Yosemite 10.10.5, as I had not updated for a while, erased some decent space on the permissions of my 500 GB HDD (105 GB free space), checked and readers on the disk utility and tested my material on Apple Hardware Test. Nothing I've done seems to fix or help the problem. I got this computer from early 2013 and have had a few problems with the computer, but nothing I couldn't fix easily, so when I couldn't find the solution to my problem with hours of violin, I thought that I would like to ask the community.
