  Thank you very much.  This has not only had what I wanted, but also extend this ability to any file folder I click on.  What I was really doing was: I saved a link to a set of "my computer" window microsoft explore my d: drive (my data partition) so it automatically goes to what I look at in explore more often rather than having open 'my computer' and go through several steps to get to the open D: partition.  But I still had to push the button of "folders" at the top of the page to open the view in the left bar of my directories - every time.  With your help my link now opens windows Explorer set up exactly the way I want every time!  You have saved me from countless steps repetative in the future for every time I open windows Explorer.

  Do not rename a profile folder.
  It seems that there is a problem with the profiles.ini.

  To better understand the issue, I would need more information on your side.

  1. The problem occurs when you use another mouse?
  2. What is the number and the model of the computer and the mouse?
  3. Did you the latest changes on the computer before this problem?

  This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

  1. Missing updates of Windows and the device driver updates.
  2. Conflict between third-party applications.
  3. Corrupt system files.

  Try the steps listed here and see if it helps:

  Method 1:

  If the problem does not occur when you use another mouse, I suggest you to download and install all Windows Update available including optional updates. You can also install the last mouse driver\Software from mouse manufacturer website and check if it helps.

  Method 2:
  If the problem occurs when you use a different mouse, I suggest to start the computer using safe mode and check if the problem occurs or not. If this isn't the case, I suggest you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

  Step 1:

  You can save your bookmarks as follows.

  Launch Firefox, click bookmarks, click on "Show all bookmarks", click Import & backup in the toolbar and then click on Export HTML - choose a name for the file, select a destination and save this file.

  It's the second time I have download CC on my Mac. The first time was with a different account. I just bought Photoshop. Before downloading, I had to download Creative Cloud (for the second time) and it opens on my old account asking me to "verify my email.  I have can´t check my email, because I don't have the same address. I would change my Adobe ID at the request of CC finally download Photoshop, but the CC app only gives me the options of closing the window or 'RETURN VERIFICATION EMAIL' to an address that I have is no longer.

  I already tried to uninstall and install CC twice, and it always opens with the old account and the same useless options. How can I solve this?
