    1 conflict between third-party applications.

    2 virus.

    3 corrupt system files.

Try the steps listed here and see if it helps:

    Method 1:
I suggest to start the computer using safe mode and check if the problem occurs or not. If this isn't the case, I suggest you to put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.
    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Do a clean reinstall and download a new copy of Firefox since http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current version of Firefox and remove the Firefox program folder before installing this copy of the Firefox installer.

Do not remove personal data during the uninstallation.

It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.

  • STOP: c0000221 Unknown Hard Error\Systemroot\System32\ntdll.dll

I have a Dell Vostro 1500 running Windows XP Home edition.  During the Windows boot the system falls down and shows the error in the title above. I replaced and improved hard drive and modules memory live with Dell components and tried to launch the system to start disk.  Same result screen, blue with the unknown hard Error\Systemroot\System32\ntdll.dll STOP: 0000221.  Then new hardware configuration and system bootable drive equals the same result.  Any advice will be appreciated.

Thank you, everyone, for all the good advice and help. Interestingly, I used a reinstall drive different (one for the same version of Windows XP SP2), and it worked fine. I think this would indicate that the original disk could have been the cause of the problem, but I tried to install the operating system with this drive just to be safe, and it worked. It should be noted that I did no changes to the machine until I tried the new disk, then retried first that I tried to use to reinstall the operating system. This suggests that, regardless of the problem, he don't has not been caused a constant problem.

  • Appropriate program to execute .dll files, specifically mfc42u.dll

I'm a Windows 7 (64 bit) system. recently, I needed to make some changes in the program of GoodReader from iTunes. When he asked what program I wanted to open the program with, I selected iTunes and now all files (programs?) such as mfc42u.dll, mfc71 etc. are to open with iTunes and it does not work. Of course I checked the box that says open all files of this type with this program. Can someone tell me how to get mfc42u.dll and programs similar to where it is open with the correct program, not iTunes.

You are right in that the system restore will remove programss recently installed. Your concern highlights another problem: you have to practice to keep the following for each installed program:

    • The installation media (on an external drive in the case of a downloaded program)
    • When and where you got it.
    • Price paid.
    • Product key

This is just like the receipt that you keep for goods purchased in a store. You should treat your PC as if you were to replace the next day.

Sorry, I don't know anything about "Open Feely".
