  I am very new to Adobe software, and I'm a little confused on Photoshop works better than Illustrator for a particular application.

  I've been using Windows 10 since last July (2015). Yesterday, I got a blue screen error that could not be repaired. I had no choice but to try a reset that clears all applications on the hard drive. I don't have the ability to disable my copy of Photoshop CS 6 before resetting the operating system. I only have one currently installed copy but when I reinstall once this new operating system is over who is using my second license.   My creative cloud membership is about to expire. I'm on a super tight budget, but to have the resources necessary to crank work occasional freelance design/illustration helps me a lot. Rather than let my account CC to renew in its current state and get stuck paying $50/month for the next year, I decided to look for options for less expensive plans that focus on applications less. From what I found, I can buy only Photoshop or Illustrator for only $19.99, but the only plan that includes both of them is my current plan, which is too expensive and full of unnecessary applications, I have no need. No there is no way to access only those two apps without paying more than I need? Am I missing something, or am I just screwed? I've been a loyal Adobe user for more than 10 years, but my current financial situation is a little push me out, will not lie. Any help is very appreciated!

  I am currently on creatively Cloud subscription (one year) complete but want to "downgrade" the plan I use not anywhere near any of the application in the plan.  What I'm after is a plan that would include Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign only, the rest I need, and why pay a lot for the apps that I will never use isn't something I want to do.

  If someone could give me an idea where I might find a plan like this, or contact information for Adobe Creative Cloud, I would be very grateful.

  It is not really an 'upgrade' for this. They are two completely different products.

  If you are a subscriber to creative cloud, you already have access to both. If you are a subscriber of Photoshop or photography, you'll need to subscribe to Illustrator separately.

  We have some of the products installed. You'll find they work fine, but nothing replaces the work on-site.

  We are, however, using the Enterprise version that is not related to accounts of clouds.

  We had to play with the Citrix video settings for best quality. If you their ratchet up to high for someone who makes high-end edition your performance is significantly reduced. The screen refresh is blocky and nobody does this work it would be usable.

  We have it there fore a simple installation and management of our media. I'm looking for a better storage solution which is shareable on several platforms and locations.

  I NEED to talk to a real person on the phone. I have been declared as "legitimate not the owner" of my own e-mail account. I answered the secret question, put my correct password and I was locked. I try to change the password and it won't let me. I can even see the email - on my 'my account' page, of the intruder. I can't get rid of it. It makes me so angry that I can't have MY account back and someone else is now in control of all of my information. Help, please. I want to talk to a person. I was able to do that two years ago. Now, why not? Online just doesn't work. It was online that I filed my complaint, I given a file number and said while the account is not me. IT OF MINE! I want to come back.
