Had to deal with this for well over a year. First of all on my Win 7 Machine. Now on a Windows 8.1 machine age of 1 week with cc 2015... Was able to run after a reboot a few days ago. But nothing comes to me to pass this message now.

I'm having the following problem. We are running a Mac OS x environment on a server open directory (Lion Server). For some reason when I try to use Creative Cloud Packager under a network account I get the error "Please connect to the Internet and try again. The account has local administrator rights in the machine.
When I log in as a local not network connection account, everything works fine.
There is no configuration of firewall on network accounts rules, all ports are open.
Please can someone help. We use administrator accounts network for the administration of the network.

I'm having a problem with BlackBerry link 1.1.1.26. I installed, removed and reinstalled several times and have not been able to find a solution. Once the link is installed and I have running, click on the "Sign In" button and then showed up with an error message saying "unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID." I was able to get the link to work yesterday by doing a complete uninstall of the BB and BB Desktop Manager link. Restart, running a registry cleaner, by restarting again and do a new installation of link BB. It now seems to work. I tried a few times and after several reboots it always seems to work.
Yes, I had checked before the windows firewall State, and there has been exceptions for active link. I also tried turning off the firewall completely and windows defender, but which had not worked.

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. 1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to McAfee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
2 disable the firewall to enable the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help , see your machine

I cannot connect to my Photoshop elements 12 and then updated using PDAPP.exe 12.1. The error I get told that I'm not connected to the internet or my clock is incorrect. None of them are true. I was chatting with Adobe for about 5 hours and spoke to them for about 3. They still refuse to solve my problem, it's an ISP issue. I informed that he isn't, but they believe that it is. (I talked to my ISP and I am a network technician, I followed the packages all the way to Adobe and this is where the traffic stops.) See the output below.
