We get an error "there was a problem, restart your PC. No changes"while trying to reinstall Windows 8

* Original title: Windows 8 reinstall could not start

Try reinstalling Windows 8 (x 64 OEM version), but after clicking on start, I get the following error:

"There was a problem, restart your PC.  Has been no change. »

Ditto for the Refresh tool.  Verification of the Solutions tool thinks for a minute, then disappears.  Have tried to introduce these tools after boot, as well as an assortment of other boards around the internet such as the cmd line queries.  Any thoughts?  Had the PC for a year now, no weird mods or alteration of configuration, just installed Office and a few games of limited resources.  As a single user, I have full administrator access.

Hi Paul,.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer.

I wish that you contact the Asus technical support and get the recovery disk to fix the problem more far.

Please reply with the status.
