The management, after the login screen, don't give me options for the disconnect, change password and delete the account. Any help to understand why the add device button seems to be missing from these two devices would be greatly appreciated.

According to since how long you configured synchronization you can still use the old version of sync. Firefox 29 has introduced a new (and I would add a lot less tedious) version of sync.   I created for the administrator accounts and cannot get the option to remove one of them. I want to delete that won't give me the option to delete all it will let me do is change the password, it says it will allow me to change the picture, but when I try blank on the login screen is displayed. I can't change it even for standard user if I am logged in under the account of other admin. what I want to do is get rid of all my accounts and re-created them correctly like the one that I can't delete will sometimes pop up for password when I want to install something when I am connected with the other account.

  Rename you accounts?  If not - it is one called "administrator."  Alternatively, you can use a registry setting to understand - but really the name should give it (if you have not renamed - and even if he did you rename...   (1) - what do you mean you have only 1 user account?

  When you set up Windows, you will need to create a user account. This account is an administrator account to allow you to set up your computer and install any programs that you want to use. And that's why the user account you are using is the administrator account.

  There is no way that you can create an administrator account, or by using a Standard account.

  (2) are you having issues during installation of the software or opening it?

  (3) what exactly happens when you try to open the software application?

  (4) should be codes error or error messages, if any?

  (5) what software are you trying to install or open?
