  The problem you'll have is that 'telnet' (really inetd) will be started by SMF and your app startup is a legacy script. I don't know of anyway to you allows to map addictive SMF one departure inherited. The only solution is to write a start of SMF for your application and do inetd:default require your application to be online before you start.

  You should check the DNS settings of your host on your account manager. Have one with the www prefix and a normal root area is two separate things, although most of the suppliers will automatically record both variants.   Hello.  I would like to know a little better on the domain network.  My computer is currently the Working Group on my home network.  I read on the domain network and it is said that

  "If you have a user account on the domain, you can connect to any computer on the domain without needing an account on this computer." (from windows help and support)

  Does that mean exactly?  This means that if my computer joined to the domain, other computers on the same network of domain can access all the files on my computer (the files that I have has not yet implemented to share)? or does this mean that other computers on the domain can connect to my computer as remote desktop? (I do not want that to happen...)

  It seems like a lot that the office uses the domain network and I would like to know how it works.  I read some articles on the field and how to put in place and other things, but I couldn't specify my question.  I appreciate if anyone can help my answer.

  Using domain causes a topology around real server (like Windows 2008).

  Companies use this topology because of the size of their system and the need for central control.

  There is no advantage to using such topology for small home network.

  If you use the parameter field and that you do not have a General with your network domain server will not work correctly.

  Be joined or not joined to the domain will do all the other machines on the network more or less safe.  Join domain is not separated in this way: the XP machine will always be on the network even if it is not a member of the domain.

  But if you still want to take this action, you can do it from the System Properties dialog box by choosing a workgroup instead of a domain.  You can also open Group Policy Manager and refuse to join a domain, but given that only an administrator can do anyway, which is probably not necessary.

  I have a Web application with a field that allows multiple values to be recorded similar to the list box. I need limit the allowed values for a large, over the list of the values currently stored in another Web application as a data source. I can not apply to the type of Data Source field that allows only single value selection. I also need to be able to use the search form Web App to search for items containing 1 OR more of the values in this field (a type of list control field search functionality). Here's what I tried to field types:

  • Text (String) or text (multi-line) field type - By saving a list of values separated by commas (outputs in the same way this list box) to an entry of text or textarea, the search only logic search exact string (including commas) and does not analyze individual values.
  • Type of list (checkbox) field - it allows me to search for multiple values using the logic of the GOLD, but the web application stores only the values that have been entered as an option in the field settings real web app. I tried to use a checkbox with minimal or empty options list, hoping that some values I sent more separate by a comma value chain would be still stored, but because the values come from my Web App data source and not stored with the field options list, they were not saved.

I migrated the application for JDeveloper 11 g and when I tried to build the project, it is throwing an exception as * "' error: project is not configured to use at least JDK 6. * after changing the version of jdk 1.4.2_04 for under project properties/libraries & Classpath/Java SE Version." There are other parameters to change? Can someone guide me on this.

  JDeveloper 11 g is a JEE 5 environment (so according to JSE 5), including medicines generic and other features. It so there's no way that you will always be able to run using any environment 1.4.x.

  I am trying to activate a Windows 8 Pro machine on the network of our field.

  Information event ID 1003 - software protection service has completed to verify the license status.
  ID 8198 error event - Activation of licenses (slui.exe) failed with the following error code: hr = 0xC004F074.
  As our network has its own firewall, I have disabled the firewall on all internal machines on the field so there should not be any restrictions on network services or protocols.
  The RPC service is running on the server and the computer of Windows 8.
