• RoboHelp is changing the case of my HTML files

  RoboHelp is changing the case of my HTML files. File is mixed the original case, but when the file is changed and saved then, RoboHelp changes the name to lowercase. We use X.5.0.2, HTML help, no control of source code and we are not generating (compiling) files. Apparently not an option to make the RoboHelp to stop doing this. If anyone has had this problem and know how to fix?

  I tried the scenario 1 in the document that Phil sent me three files, UPPERCASE. HTM. MixedCase.htm and lowercase.htm.

  In X 5, they are in fact all converted to lowercase. I haven't spotted that before because I tend to work with even when lowercase file names.

  I repeated the test in RH6. While the dialog box telling you which was imported presents all the three files whose names in lowercase, Windows Explorer and the list of topics keeps the case. Looks like a bug that was fixed half! At least, you end up with what you want.

• the address bar of Firefox 40 will not act on the entered text.

  I can only access different websites using bookmarks. Although the address bar shows the current site accurately, you can enter the new text in the address bar and pressing Enter has no effect. Nothing happens. How can I fix?

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

  Hello, I've attached all the images needed and screw/chopsticks.

  Question: I'm checking my text of reading/writing (what is written errors in an XML format, but also a corresponding timestamp) right after that I wrote the error in the XML file.  The code does is to make sure that the error is not a mistake I am allowing, then goes to write the error in the XML.  There is a box structure which then manages a first time entry.  The idea is to review the data from the XML, then insert the new error in the table and then write back in the xml doc after flattening.  I understand the issues in the long term this 'solution '.  Now, please don't comment on it.  What bothers me, is that when I try to re - open and read the document, I can't seem to ever display element of the array, even if the read/write function (which is essentially the exact same thing) can do it very well.  I circled the items.  The code is in 2011.  Be sure to insert text in the name of the document.  Run it a couple of times and I think you'll see what I'm driving at.  Anyone have an explanation for it?

  

  

  Open your base to replace file read and ends with reading XML file and Write functions, and I think it will work in the desired manner.

  You must use XML reading and writing files functions to serialize the data in a way that LabVIEW can reconstruct the table clusters and timestamps.

• Is there a way to read the settings in a .pst file?

  Hi all!

  I looked everywhere for info on this and found nothing. Anyone know how to read the settings contained in a .pst file? I found some that I really like, but would like to know what they are doing. In other words, what are the different used FX and what are their settings? I would use some other users have created as a starting point to create my own channels of FX. Open in a text editor doesn't show something like:

  You're right, the settings file contain only of the code when opened in a text editor.

  But why don't you just open settings in a project, this way of seeing exactly what Plugins are loaded. Opening of the plug-in window will show you their parameters.

  The only restriction is that GarageBand has only a limited view of Plugin window which can not show all settings. To do this you must open in Logic Pro X.

  I need a JavaScript to read the name of my file (I have one for the full filename) and especially the 3rd and 4th position of the file name.

  The characters on the position 3 and 4 must be moved to the position just before the extension.

• Align the text in the dynamic text using HTML box

  I'm importing text to mysql through php, for an area of dynamic text in flash. I can't text from column 2 to align to the left. It comes out like this:

  I used the tag to format text and solved the problem. In the PHP code I used the tab stops \t. It aligns data in Flash.

• Hide the list of pages html files

  I created html files that display data for the Web application in JSON format (I use them to extract the data from the webapp via AJAX front end Web site). I don't want these files don't appear in the list of pages. Is there a way to hide in this list, but let them be accessible for AJAX requests?

  Since you can't put modules in .json files you'll have it made in the pages, and you can go to any page in the admin and under its options, check the box "hide search engines." Fact.

  As a note - since, as you know, form your own script of linline in JSON with web apps your last item will have a comma and you must do it in post somehow with javascript. AJAX in the HTML page, edit, convert it to json.

  If you have the new rendering engine on your website, on any page you can add the url with...? JSON = true and you will get a json output modules on this page. IF you get a blank page with no model and a single module - Total 500 items on this page.

• When you try to import the bookmarks to an html file, the command import does not appear in the toolbar.

  I have a desktop Mac running 10.7.5 and tries to import favorites from Firefox on an old Mac running 10.3.9. I exported the file to bookmarks to a file html with success and copied this file to the new Mac.
  The suggestion of using Firefox, I then tried to import the bookmarks into the html file but when I went to the bookmarks toolbar, there is no import option of any kind shown to proceed to the next step. What's wrong?

  In bookmarks (library) Manager is a tool bar with back and next button and three other buttons (organize, view, import, and backup).

  • The first button (gear) is organizing with base change the menu items for the bookmarks
  • The second button is the button in the view which allows you to change the sort order for the visualization of the purpose (sort is not permanently).
  • The third button (Star) is the import and backup button that allows to save and restore a JSON backup and import and export an HTML backup and import bookmarks from other browsers.

• Where is the icon of firefox on the document htm and html files?

  Today, I noticed for the first time... The icon to look like a blank page with a firefox icon on this mini... Htm and html icon now looks like a blank white page which is curved on the upper right... I tried a reset of firefox and it did not help... I don't want to do a reinstall of firefox because I want to keep the old firefox download manager and not one which is on the right side of the search bar... (I saw it on my linux ubuntu computer) BUT my computer with the html file icon problem is Windows 7 x 64

  It does not say it is a Firefox HTML Document, but it does not show the icon of firefox on the html file icon... I will uninstall and reinstall... I hope this will help

• Why muse converts my navigation pages in the .php instead of .html files?

  When I download my site via ftp muse files of pages seem to download in the form of files .php instead of .html files, causing the bar of navigation not working and none of the pages link.   I realized what was wrong to the whole of the site. I used one of the models of muse to create this site and he was wearing a tag on the footer of the site. I took the tag off the coast, downloaded vua muse ftp and it now works as it should. Sorry for all the headache and thank you for helping me to understand this

• hard to read the fuzzy text files

  With the new CD player, I find that the files are very difficult to read.  The text is small and fuzzy.  What should do?  Large and heavy fonts as in some titles to show bright along the pixels.  A way to solve this problem?
