  You are running Windows XP. The most recent/last IE for XP version is IE8; IE9 and higher will not work under XP.

  I've never used IE View. Instead, I use IE Tab 4.0.20130422. I just used it yesterday to run Microsoft Update. I had to make a change to an other add-on similar to this add-on in the past year, as the previous add-on I used work more evenly. My suggestion for you: consider uninstall IE View, since it does not work for you and install IE Tab. In addition, the product that I use doesn't have this option "purchases of price comparison" like IE View; I consider as "spyware".

• 3 of the 4 new web modules does not

  Only the works of the classic Gallery. It shows all the pix and I can preview in browser mode. None of the other 3 modules work. No previews in LR and they don't Preview in a browser.

  Found the problem. One of my jpg files apparently has been altered. It was happening on the screen and has been one of many struggling with the same unit. But I decided to see if a photo in particular has been the origin of the problem (on 98), by only a slow process of elimination, I indeed found the culprit. Removed from my disk and now everything is fine.

  Hello, I upgraded a laptop for Windows Vista 8 and family safety works more fully.

  I have updated to the 2012 essentials and I can confirm that parental control is executed. App and time restrictions still work fine, but the filtering of the web site does not work.

  I have web filtering set to allow list only, with 3 sites listed - google, Wikipedia and BBC - but I can access all of the web content.

  I also tried to delete the files in ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Parental Controls such as suggested in other posts, but it did not work.

  I can also confirm that WpcMon.exe is running.

  Thank you for coming back. Please note that the parental control is now integrated in Windows 8. The use of the parental control client that is included in Windows Essentials might not work properly. As before, you upgrade using Windows Vista, you can follow the steps described in this article (click on parental controls) to move properly the configuration of the client of parental control for the parental controls feature integrated in Windows 8.

  Have you checked the settings in the BIOS?
  To be honest I'm not quite sure if BIOS contains separate power switch or option Wlan 3G but you must absolutely check it m.

  To access the BIOS press ESC and F1
  Where would the BIOS contains 3 G or Wlan option, make sure that this option is enabled.

  Then visit the Toshiba UE driver page and download and install the Ericsson 3 G driver
  This is the driver for the 3G module.
