  I already own Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium for Mac (CS6). I now have a new MAC running Photoshop CS6. I have to add Dreamweaver. I don't want to provoke a conflict with the PS or fill up my hard drive with stuff I don't want there.

  Adobe allows two simultaneous activations of CS3, so if the software has been installed and enabled on both computers before, you will need to disable one or both of them to perform a new installation. On the old computer, start a CS3 application. From the Help menu choose Help > Deactivate > permanently disable: Learn how to enable or disable Adobe applications.

  If you do not have access to old computers to disable, you will need to contact customer service via chat and ask them to reset your activations. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older products like CS3, but they can help with licensing and activation. FYI, Adobe have reset your activations will delete the information about the licenses of all your computers, so you'll need to reactivate the computers currently in use.

  We have no plans for now to change the price.  The renewal price you pay is valid for 12 full months.  After that, we will renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you in advance.

  Only, I opened my music from Apple on Mac and I was told that my subscription has ended. This is a surprise, as I have it on auto-renewal, so when I went, I found that my card had expired. So I updated this information, re-subscribed and now I have no music. This is the case on my iPhone and with all members of my family.

  Any ideas how can I get it back?

  How long it has expired? I remember reading your music list is kept for 30 days after the end of a subscription.

  I was monthly online; attempts to contact ADOBE directly; as I canceled my monthly subscription.  I was using only Lightroom.  I bought a copy of Lightroom; which did not require a subscription; as I was using only LIGHTROOM.  I told the people of account about 2 months before my subscription renewal; that I no longer wanted to o to subscribe.  I haven't used the ADOBE; Since I cancelled my subscription.  This is now 16-18 month I canceled; and my subscription ends about 14-16 months - STILL; you still charge me for it!  I have written; I have cancelled several times - and YET - I am always required for ADOBE.

• Problem of serial number for CS4 Web Premium on Windows 10.

  In my view, there are a lot of thread on this issue, but they are all very old so I wanted to ask once again for the update of the comments.  I want to move my iMac to El Capitan, but I'm just checking if my suite CS6 will work with him - I can't be without Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver... the rest of the suite that I use, but it is not as important and upgrade of Adboe CC is not an option for me.

  And I would add that CS6 has reached the end of life. It will be never updated for compatibility El Capitan.

  If you are not ready to move to the creative Cloud then do not move to El Capitan or Sierra.
