  For smartphone/tablet, there is no advantage in having a website for .mobi for the average web site owner, (corporate sites are however another reality entirely) and it is now a more common practice to use media queries to a specific provision of the device.

  Normally, I saw this error when a field is missing entry or is not a valid XML code or something to that effect.

  I do a ton of work web based services and I never use the Execute. It is slower and I prefer to write my own web calls.

  To use the http web request for your case I would download and use SOAP UI.

  Load the WSDL in SOAP UI and it will help you to configure web calls that you can then transfer it to the http web request.

  If you need more information, I suggest you check some of my blogs. I have abit blog on custom creation and such.

  Could someone help me and let me know if I really need to install this update? I don't think I do because in my installed programs it says I've got MSXML 4.0 SP2. I don't want to install updates hurt unnecessarily and get some sort of error. Also do you think it's a good idea to download Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.6 so that I will not install updates bundles? Good or useless? I have WinVista HM Premium 32-bit.   On my aunt's computer, I can't get this update to install.  I did a search earlier and one person mentioned that I need to run the Windows Genuine program, I had to do the same before similar to XP SP3 on his computer (I think the HARD drive may be dying, but am concerned that more later).

  In a previous thread here http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/1943ff9d-e593-4bb4-af4b-06ef96eb0b5f/ it is similar to having the same error code.  I keep the best updated antivirus programs, I can that can do run, everything works fine.

  I don't know what else to do.  My next question is if I wanted to go on the road to format and reinstall, then I do with Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade disc?  Or should I reformat dell OEM software and then re-run the W7 HP upgrade program?

  I was invited as usual to download updates, or to Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Vista security update (April 2009) and after doing so (there was 7 updates altogether), I couldn't access Internet Explorer. Whenever I open the browser, it says that the page is not found. I was able to access Yahoo and MSN Messenger, but the web browser will bring up all of the web pages. I had to do a restore of the system to access the Windows Home page to see if other people have faced this problem. I'm not savvy computer very, given any guidance would be appreciated.
