I've updated to XP SP2 but it still does not work. I uninstalled it, but whenever I try to re - install, it puts the PC directly into the "unknown device" category with one? mark next to it and it does not work. I lost the drive of TOSHIBA utilities, so I'm out of ideas. Help. Also, I have a proof of purchase (even if I am out of warranty) but I also lost my original recovery disks system too. Can I get that back with the disk utilities, either via download or better yet replacement CD. There are a lot of things goes a little wrong, so I really need a new facility, but without the disks I'm obviously stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
